Robust but simple...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Can't beat just plugging it in to your open HDMI and 60 seconds of set up & GO! I use this over 3 TV's in my house with PLEX & love it. Bought this one to take over someones house when I visit. Take this out of my pocket & bang we are watching everything I own a minute later. Just too cool...

Ok I like this thing but...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This generation does not connect with 5G signals so if you have the wrong type of provider you wont know till after the fact. But if you have like ATT you'll be fine. The signal and range is good and it's easy to connect to.

Good for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Google Chromecast is well worth the $35 retail price even though I ended up buying it for a measly $5 after a coupon and a gift card. I wish it had more apps at the moment but hopefully with the developers kit now open we see more compatibility.

great product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, the price is great, I mean 35.00 for a piece of hardware that cast. No brainer. Nice to be able to cast photos and vid from my android. Looking forward to more third party software to be able to cast browser to large screen from my phone.

Enjoyed this item
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I enjoy my chromecast. I bought this a couple of years ago to cast shows to my tv before I bought a smart tv. I still use it with my old tv and when I visit my dad. They are more advanced now and others are available.

Chromecast is Awesome for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Chromecast is awesome. Great for using your smart phone or tablet to beam Netflix, YouTube, or videos saved on your device to your television. One thing I personally do not like about it is the inability to beam games on your device to your television.

Slick little gadget
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Slick little gadget. Definitely worth the low price. Streams music and video. Works with my laptop, tablet, and smartphone. Doesn't drain the devices batteries while casting to the TV and you can continue to use the devices computer or telephone functions when watching the streaming programs.

Excellent device.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Google is well known for selling great quality products at a low price, and this product is no exception. Google Chromecast is: - Highly portable. - User friendly. In other words, easy to use. - Supported by countless services like Netflix, Hulu, YouTube... Believe me, it is worth buying it.

Economical
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great choice for my money. I no longer have cable tv and don't receive my nfl games through cbs all access so now I stream my cbs games from my Verizon nfl to my tv!!! Only draw back is it doesn't have sling tv app so I have to stream that through my phone too. But still happy with the purchase.
