Great for TV with no cable

While some users complain about the shortcomings, it is what it is and Best Buy's price beat everybody's. Having a "spare" didn't last long though; my brother likes it also.

Love the Chromecast

Very easy to setup and use. And the value for the price is excellent. Hope to see more and more compatible apps.

Great gift idea

He is moderately, but not extremely tech-savvy, but he was able to set it up himself and enjoyed using it to watch programming online.

Excellent to watch netflix & youtube on your tv

coolest device ever

Then a friend recommended the chromecast. I bought it and WOW! I love this thing and have already had 2 other friends buy them.

Good for non-smart hdtv

But Redbox isn't compatible just yet. Although I do have a non-smart HDTV it allows me to connect my PC via WIFI. I do have a Sony BluRay player I can stream other apps with but with Chromecast I can sit on my sofa and use my laptop for wifi to my tv.

Great little device
