I purchased this product about 2 months ago and I freaking love it! All of my co workers have purchased it and everyone I tell falls in love with It. If you purchased a more expensive device , you wssted your money! This is just another reason to love Google!

My son requested one for Christmas and I was unaware of what they did one I found out how the worked and seen you could transfer your netflix and video screens to your TV with it I was surprised at the price. We ended up getting my daughter one also she loves it.

Simply, this is the best device to stream content to your TV ever. No remote control or controller will search Netflix or YouTube as fast as your finger on your phone or a mouse on a laptop can, and this just pushes the content to your TV. Its absolutely fantastic.

Pros: - Can stream web content using Chrome browser - Number of supported apps seem to be picking up - Streaming quality is decent even with my slow DSL connection Cons: - WiFi received signal strength somewhat lower when compared to my computer at same location

We use it with an iPad and Netflix. It is so easy to pick a movie on the iPad and stream it to the TV. We have previously used a Roku box or a DVD player to stream movies, but the Chromecast seems like it's just a part of the TV. Works well in HD with no lags.

Purchase of Chromecast streaming media player allowed us to cancel some unnecessary premium cable channels, & access only the movies we wanted to watch, when convenient for us. Overall love it, easy to use & sinc using my IPhone! Awesome & highly recommend!

Nice device. Awesome for YouTube to broadcast. Nice for google chrome as well. However, very limited programs or even videos that's able to play. Another quirk is the distance to the router needs to be fairly close. I had to buy a wifi extender to make it work.
