It works good where there is WiFi. I purchased another one for a gift.

I love the Chromecast streaming media device. Super easy to set up and I'm able to switch it to any of my tv's. Unable to stream Amazon Prime but I read on the blogs that it's coming soon.

This small device is a great idea. Didn't really like having to add the power supply. Would have been great to power from HDMI, but maybe it's just not an option. Streaming from my PC is what I've been using most since there's only Netflix and Youtube (both which I can already stream w/o device). Problem is Cast a tab from PC is still in Beta and will just stop casting for now reason. Then have to goto other room and click cast again. Annoying. Other than that, I'm just hoping many more apps become available to Cast (hello HBOGO and WatchESPN...) due to open Android OS. Hoping....

Great for broadcasting Youtube to HDTV. Easy to setup.

Love playing YouTube from my iphone on the tv. They are adding more apps all the time so the possibilities are endless down the road. Why buy a smart tv when you can save lots of money using this device.

This is one of the best products I've purchased. It transforms any HDMI TV into a huge computer monitor. No longer do I need to route unsightly and cumbersome HDMI cables from my computer to the TV. It's totally wireless. I decided to buy two!

Like it so much i bought one for each of my 3 TVs. Even disconnected my DVD player so I could use it. Highly recommended. Best bang for the buck.

Doesn't mirror my iPhone. I run a home business and need that for presentations. That's the main reason I bought it. You'd think the sales guy at best buy would've known that and told me. It will play videos and show my pictures....but that's it.

The Google Chromecast is a fantastic item for any household. It's a great device to have. Love that it works so well with all the different smartphones in my house. Glad I purchased one.

The product replaced cable for us. We cut the cord and hardly miss it.

Troubleshot the setup process for five hours on end. For some unknown reason I could not complete the process from my laptop....had to do it from my phone. The apps work decent but when casting a tab it lags a bit. Good product but I prefer my Roku.

This is a great buy & very easy to use. If you do not own a dvd/bluray player with built in wi-fi than the Chromecast is the way to go. It makes watching netflix, youtube, hbogo, etc easy to watch using your laptop, cell phone, or ipad,etc.

I bought this for my girlfriend's tv. The kids can use it easier than surfing on the Wii for Netflix and the web. It was easy to install, doesn't require a whole new set of wires our plugs.

Bought it to watch amazon prime on our tv but it doesn't work with amazon :( but its still a great product and much easier than using an HDMI cable.
