This is my second chromecast for the house. It is easy to let the kids watch their favorite YouTube videos on a different TV in another room so I can watch my shows in peace. Also easy to use so kids can pick videos without any help

I haven't actually used it yet, but everyone raves about it and I expect to get good use out of it once the weather gets really bad and movies are more enticing than leaving the apartment

Streaming NetFlix is awesome. It's actually better quality than my UVerse HD! Streaming a Chrome tab is not so great, choppy playback...but hoping this is fixed in later patches. Hopefully, Google will allow streaming of local content.

I primarily use this to stream Netflix from my tablet. My tablet has a much better GUI then the Netflix app on my TV. This allows me to search for programming on my tablet and then stream it to my TV. Installation/setup was simple.

In our business I needed to broadcast the production job board on a 42” TV. Computers are expensive to just use for this. After doing a lot of research to save cost we found chromecast. With chromecast we can display the company’s job board which is a cloud based program on a TV as well as what the finish job should look like. The setup instructions were simple, too simple. I did have trouble setting up on the PC at first but a call to Google correct this. Note the first time setup must be done wireless from phone or tab, after that you can start using your desktop. I’m going to buy one for home. Hopefully later upgrades will allow you to display pictures from your folders.

My normal TV, blueray, or Wii network connections would always buffer when trying to stream videos. I was getting very frustrated thinking it was a Netflix problem but it was not. The Chromecast has not buffered a single video yet.

It is a great tool for watching anything on the big screen.

It streams from any of our devices with ease with YouTube and other compatible applications. Just wished it steamed videos from the Internet browser though. I still love my purchase though!
