I used the Chromecast a couple times but not recently. It seems to be slow with my systems and I could not get it to work with some things like my theater system. I don't think I would buy it if I had it to do over again.

The Chromecast is a purchase well worth the money, rather than buying a Roku o Apple TV. I'm very happy with the purchase.Works great and very easy to install. Drop your cable movie channels and buy this! It's worth it.

Simple, small, and fairly easy set up, but don't buy if you have DSL. Streaming was clunky at best. We can only get DSL at 3-5mbps at our house. This is not enough for the Chromecast. Apple TV performs better for us. Good luck.

Bought the Chromecast the first day it came out. What a great little device. So easy to operate from iPhone or laptop. Kids love it. Not just a novelty; can't wait until other video services come on-board with Chromecast.
