Works best with my smartphone instead of my tablet.

Using my laptop I encountered no problems and great picture quality from Netflix and Youtube. Still playing with my iPhone but I had some issues with video's not casting to my TV.

I wanted to watch a few episodes of Amazing Race, which are not on demand but are on cbs.com website. And I wanted to watch them on my big screen tv, not on my laptop display. Worked like a charm. Really easy to set up

Does allot (but not everything) for $35 BUT does not do what perhaps would be most useful: seamlessly cast personal HQ video from personal device (i.e. tablet, mobile phone).

I love this dangle. Best device to make your dumb TV a smart one. I love this is Google so you know they will add more apps for it. I use it a lot for Netflix. And sometimes for YouTube. I would recommend this to anyone.

This is a nice product with some decent ideas, the only real drawback for me is that you have to stream from another product like a phone or tablet. It's not a standalone product that you can just sit back and use easily.

Chrome cast is inexpensive easy to install and a breeze to setup. At first I was delighted, but then I found that Chromecast kept taking over my network. It disconnected all my devices and tried to become the default WiFi network for my computer, tablet, phone, etc. My original network name would not even show up when searched for. I unplugged the Chromecast and went through the steps to set it back up with the same result. This happened three times (total) before I unplugged it and took it back for a refund. Say no to Google!

Bought two of these for TV's in the house that don't have cable boxes. Streams perfectly from my phone to whichever tv I'm watching. HD quality. I'm going to buy one more for other TV' in the house. Just good to have.

it is the easiest device to set up Android to view pictures and stream media files and even Pandora if you plug it into a stereo I am a big fan I have a lot of equipments and it all works smoothly through my phone

With so much streaming entertainment getting one of these is a no brainer. Very easy to set up and use. The size is great and makes it easy to travel with.

My whole family loves the convenience of using this.

Would have givin 5 stars but it still needs to be able to use with more apps hbogo and Netflix is nice to use it with but it would be better if your could chromecast more apps
