For $35, you can't get a better deal. Watching Netflix and YouTube on my TV has never easy. So far, limited apps let you stream to your TV, but the amount is going to increase soon.

Although we have a smart tv in the main room, this makes it easy to watch movies, videos and such from any tv with hdmi very quickly and easily.

it is very simple to install and use, my most used apps are netflix / pandora / youtube.. I have bought 2 so far, will probably buy another one

I got this for when I travel over the holidays to visit family who do not have a netflix subscription. Worked perfect for plugging into their tv and streaming from my iPhone.

Fun device for the money. Was tired of watching Netflix on a small screen. It would be nice if other sources could be watched , such as PBS. I am only aware of You tube, Netflix and Hulu as available viewing, if there are more available it might be nice to educate folks. I think the set up instructions could be more complete. The enclosed pamphlet was not enough and could have included info that was only on the website. This would be convenient to have at your fingertips when you reset up or use on another TV.

I bought this for my older tv because it's in my room. And I need Netflix. The hdmi streams so clear video and I didn't know anything until I plug it in and hooked it up on wifi.

This device works great for $ 35.00 I would recommend it to anybody who doesn't have a smart tv. It streams seamlessly on Netflix and u tube.

Unlimited access to movie. I cancelled my redbox subscription since I bought Google chrome. Watch movies all the time with it. Will buy more

I purchased 5 of these devices as stocking suffers and birthday gifts. Everyone I have recommended this to has enjoyed it as well.

I absolutely love using my Chromecast device. I was getting tired of the Netflix browser on my Xbox 360 so I picked one of these up.

I'm disappointed. There are still only a few apps that are Chromecast capable. I also can't get the Chromecast extension for Google Chrome to work on my MacBook Pro. I subscribed to Hulu+ to get more use out of it - but my tablet running Android 4.0.3 can't run the Hulu+ app. So I'm not able to "cast" much of anything. Price is attractive compared to other streaming tv devices - but you'll find more functionality with them than with Chromecast.

Good product, does not take up much space at all. The device is very easy to set up and use. Recommend it.

Looking forward to Google approving more applications. Right now Netflix and YouTube is about it. No complaints since I knew that prior to buying. At $35 a nice deal for extra TVs.

The killer feature of the chromecast is that you control it from your phone/tablet but the video comes straight over wifi. Most other streaming boxes use a clunky tv-style remote, which is barely useful compared to a touchscreen. Other ways to use a second screen to stream rely on using your device to pass the video through, so you get choppy video. Chromecast gives you the best of both modes, direct video and touchscreen control.

Great product especially at this price point. Setup was extremely easy. I can stream from my Android phone, tablet or Mac with ease. Perfect accessory if you use the Play store.

Tried this out to see if I could stream from my phone and it was seamless. The installation was only plugging it in and downloading a single app. I would recommend this item.

has worked well to stream online content to tv such as Netflix, YouTube, and other media content from my phone and iPad. Not compatible with certain applications on my iPad such as PBS Kids, CBS app. These same apps from my Android phone work well.

I love my new google crome! So easy to use! Anything I want to see off my apple laptop can be seen on my tv now. Great product!!

Not only am I able to use Netflix, Pandora, and HBO GO, with this device, its portability and ease of setup allows me to move it from one wifi network to another with no issues.

Good product, solid connection cheap price for this type of device, not to much support from another companies , I hope that move developers start working on this type of device.
