This little device WORKS. I really like the functionality and the usefulness of the transponder from PC across to TV sets with googlecast and chromecast on chrome for online broadcast. For handheld devices your broadcast to tv is limited by the apps that use chromecast unfortunately . Google can now monitor our online viewing content (Big Brother). However, the picture quality of the broadcast is sharp, very clear on a 70" with up to 720p tv. There is little or no glitch when watching online video compare to apple tv (cost almost 3x). More flexible in use than the apple tv imo. But off course apple tv has more apps.

Thank you Google! Streaming videos or music from my computer to my TV used to be a huge hassle, now its a single click away.

It needs more apps for overall use like Roku! It is extremely portable and my ten year old loves it!

This is very simple and quick to set up and use. You get to watch so many things like Netflix, HBO go etc.... we have on a TV without a cablebox and it works great!!!!!

This is by FAR the least expensive streaming device, and I LOVE it. Does a great job with basic tasks (Netflix, YouTube, Pandora). And the HD quality is really impressive.

Was the cool dad for a few minutes as we watched You Tube clips from my phone on the TV. Look forward to more development in the future.

Best money I ever spent. The chromecast works seamlessly with my Nexus 7. I told all my friends and family how well this device works. Can't wait till more apps get added!

Was easy to setup and use on our laptop, desktop and tablet. Wish it could have been setup so it could be used with other applications.

Bought it as a gift for my dad. He loves it. Watches everything now on the tv. Chromecast is easy to set up and works with all technology.

If you want to stream Netflix and you have FIOS this is an easy way to do it. I even bought another one for my second TV!

The chrome is fantastic. Easy to install, easy to use. Now I can watch pretty much anything I stream on my iPad on the tv instead at a nice affordable price.

I have one of these in every TV in the house. This one I purchased for my mother to watch Netflix on. Have not had any problems with any of them, they work perfectly.

It's easy to watch a video with a group. I usually watch videos on my iPad. With this, the entire group can watch on the big screen.

Awesome product. If you are lazy in connecting computers to tv for watching movies or videos then you will love this product.

Google has a winner here, we own apple TV as well but NetFlick and YouTube are best viewed on Chromecast and easily controlled from any device - tablet, phone or computer

I had it setup in 5 minutes and was watching Netflix instantly.. Best $35 I've spent. No more watching Netflix on my laptop.

Not bad for $35... but this chromecast they have only few apps pre installed for streaming. I will prefer the ROKU 3 for streaming

This is the third Chromecast in our home, beast for streaming movies, specially Google Play movies, supported by major apps such as netflix, crackle, vudu and flixster

I've really enjoyed Chrome Cast, however it doesn't work with Amazon Prime shows... which I wish it did. But works well with Netflix

I got this primarily for HBO Go, and it works fantastic for that. It works great for YouTube as well. The picture quality is really nice. It's very simple and easy to use. I just wish they had more options for streaming video on my TV. It's basically a glorified wireless HDMI connection, so it would be nice to have some sort of browser to play things. Having Hulu as the only current running television option is no fun.
