It's nice that Google keeps giving you special offers and credits which essentially pays for itself. However that doesn't make up for the lack of features.

I have really enjoyed being able to view what is on my computer on the TV. It allows our entire family to watch together. Very easy to set up and use.

Sometimes, you just wish you can show someone at home something from your phone but you'd rather pop it up on the big screen....handy tool for that!

I was skeptical about this product when it came out a few weeks ago, but people on the tech press were raving about it. Even after purchase I didn't unboxed it for a couple of days. After a quick setup I found myself enjoying a nice, crisp Netflix experience served from my Kindle Fire on my LG HDTV and I was floored. You might even say, hooked. I've used more Netflix and Youtube than before; I started using Google Play, which I didn't touched before; and I'm seriously considering a Hulu+ account following it's inclusion to the Chromecast ecosystem a couple of day ago.

First off this is SO affordable. It is way more user friendly to watch Hulu and Netflix using apps on your phone or tablet instead of gaming consoles. The con is I've found that using a laptop to stream is a lot slower than the phone or tablets. Slow as in actors words won't match speed of show. Also they should create a way to use a laptop browser window in "full screen" mode while being able to browse other websites. Currently you have to pick between full screen mode and not being able to browse anytbing else, or have a small screen on tv with other tabs open.

Much easier and more efficient than any other streaming devices out there. It's only going to get better with more software enhancements and development!

Cheap, easy to setup and use, and instantly becomes a mirroring device for your phone/tablet/pc. Awesome.

Chromecast is easy to set up and easy to use. It's a great device if you want to stream any of your favorite shows.

I think this has a much greater value then an Apple TV and for a much lower cost. It can do pretty much anything and works with basically every device.

Great device, I ended up with two. Primary use for catching up on programs missed. Easy to use and self installing.

Easy setup, detected my WiFi in a few minutes and started streaming Netflix to my TV from my smartphone.
