I can now watch what I want in another room and not disturb the; rest of the family

Love that I don't have to watch my shows on my tablet or laptop anymore.

I like this product. Good value for the price, waiting for more apps to use it with.

I wanted this so I could put my computer on my TV. It is easy to set up unless you have limited inputs on your TV.

The google chromecast is great for the house. Its almost as simple as plug and play.

This little device is great. It has a long way to go and is basic now but its ok for netflix. I own 2 and use both.

I bought a chromecast and the update that came installed on it made my YouTube streaming have sound issues. Netflix works fine. But youtube has choppy sound. After looking online, the chromecast help forums say this update messed up youtube and Netflix for them as well. So I am hoping a future update to this product from Google will fix this product. I'll wait to give my final approval then.

Great media device for a movie watcher. I love the google chomecast hdmi streaming media player. Great buy !!!!

At first I was a little skeptical since a it has to be operated with a smart phone. Installation was as easy as plug and go, two separate apps needed to be downloaded one for Google Chromcast and one for the item you want to watch i.e. Netflix, YouTube ..... But it was easy to do. One negative part is if watching a series after every episode a new episode needs to be selected it will not automatic play the following episode. Other than that it's a great product

I really bought this for the ability to mirror my iPad. That functionality is limited. Can only mirror certain apps.

Product works good it does what it was advertise to do and was not hard to set up.

My wife and I purchased Google Chrome as a Christmas gift for her parents. They both use iPhones and also have an iPad and an iMac. We thought the Google Chrome would offer most of the same features as the Apple TV at a lower cost. However, that wasn't the case. We soon decided to return it and purchase an Apple TV, instead.

Plugged it in and it worked. Needed to Google how to get it to work with a hidden SSID, took an extra five minutes.

This is perfect if you don't have a p/c or any way to view Netflix you can just send it over from your phone!

Set-up through our Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 tablet,no issues. Had it working with Netflix and YouTube within 10 minutes.

The Chromecast is a convenient way to stream your local content, as well as content from your favorite providers.

It's good for the price. You can stream pandora, hulu, netflix and all google products. but you can do nothing from windows phone if you have one. also you are forced to use chrome and the casting tab is in beta phase and is of poor quality. if you frequently watch movies from netflix then this is cool to have.

Seems to work well. I no longer have the hdmi cord to trip on nor my computer sitting precariously near my tv.

This was do easy to install and it did just what I wanted. I plan to buy a second to leave at the beach house.
