This is a great product but it has limited apps you display. Just make sure it has all the apps you need.

I bought this product for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves it. Chromecast makes it so much easier to watch tv without setting up an hdmi cable and allows you to control it from whatever device you want. The only problem is if another chromecast is within the same area, someone can connect and change what their watching. They're may be a fix for this but we haven't searched it yet. It also nice that you can use it with any OS platform

Cromecast is excellent for streaming from many devices. Love it, I would recommend it to my friends.

Great for upgrading our TV. We can now watch anything on the internet but we have to use our smart phones. Our modem is more than 20 feet from the TV so it will not stream from there. We were also told that we need a specific version of our operating system later than 2010. Other than that its great

love the convience of this if you do not have a smart tv. just wish it was able to work with more apps

This device has casting capability. Only thing I did not like was not support from many Apple application

The Chromecast seems almost infinite in its possibilities for what you can use it for. My biggest reservation is that I wish it came with a remote control. I was told by an associate that it would, only to find out that you control your "casting" through your phone, tablet or computer. Just makes it a little clunkier and, for that reason, I prefer the Apple TV so far.

This is great for viewing tons of stuff on the TV. So much cheaper than other options. Works great!

Google-Chromecast is easy to install in an HDMI slot on any HDTV. The software needed to cast is readily available and easy to install on any PC. The only limiting factor I found was when trying to position it for optimal signal strength, the cord supplied is too short to move it around some TVs.

I was able to connect and start watching movies and videos on Youtube within 1/2 hour of connection.
