Once the Chrome browser casting is working I will be very happy but to this point, I have not gotten it to work once. The apps work well enough but the browser casting is what I need it for.

Boy this device sure does not manage bandwidth all that great. I mean it's a freaking high-speed LAN connection and it still stutters even if I'm two feet from my router???

was using it with netflex and that stopped working. youube is still working good with it. would like to be able to use it with all my programs

The performance was just ok in my opinion. I thought I'd be ok with using my phone as a remote. But I've decided that I do like a dedicated remote like the one Roku uses.

I had it a few months, but am just beginning to us it. HDMI Streamer has allowed me to remove one more "Hanging Cord" from my wall mounted TV. No problems since using the past week...

this really sounded like a good deal for my son's new TV but it didn't pull in channels he wanted to watch. It could be because of our location and our internet service provider, Comcast.

When I walked in the store, I had no idea that this even existed. I purchased this based on the associates description. This produces a quality rendering from your device to your TV.

The product is not ready yet to see everything from your devices into the TV. You have to use some applications and some devices are not compatible. Hopefully it will improve with time...

I am a huge supporter of Google and the majority of it's products but the Chromecast is really pointless. It will basically allow you to only stream certain apps not everything that is on your phone. This would be much better if I could just mirror my screen and it shows on the tv, but I really will never need a way to stream Netflix or Youtube from my phone on an older TV when my phone handles it just fine or I can use a smart tv.

This device was supposed to boot up and connect to my wifi system, after trying several times ad letting it work for about 20 minutes, I removed it and returned it to the store

Using iPad or iPhone as a remote was annoying so I returned it and got a roku streaming stick hdmi version which has a physical remote.

I bought online (store pickup last day of Netflix offer and never got the Netflix coupon. Had to reinstall a couple time in a month when it just stopped working ( Google Chrome problem).

It is a great idea ! I was actually exited to use with my tablet, I download movies and shows easier on my tablet. So I wanted to use on my 55" TV, but the quality of the picture was off and it takes long to catch up to the tablet, so I will constantly get a pause, very frustrating ! that's too bad. and I don't like that it needs a cord to plug in the wall, I thought it could keep charged with the USB seeing that its small,

Very limited apps to use to stream. The only good app is AVIA and it costs $2.99 to be able to stream and link to chromecast. for just $99 you can purchase a GBox and do everything.

I like it but it needs a lot more channels on it before can compete with Roku. I am told that they will be adding a lot more in the future though and then I would give it five stars.

Worked the first day of purchase, had to reset it twice since then and now we rarely use it. Thought about returning it but I almost think it would fit better in the trash.

Easy to operate, does a good job with certain programs, but isn't compatible with Amazon, which I couldn't determine before I bought it.

I was under the impression that it would put anything on your device onto the TV screen, but it will only do so with compatible aps.

The device does what it basically claims but I found it a little difficult to set up. I want it to mirror my Android screen but have not figured out how, or if, it does this.

Maybe it's just because I have mostly apple products at home, but I have this and Apple TV and much prefer the Apple TV.good value for the price, however.
