I have had every chromecast model since they have first came out. I use this daily and works great if you have a 4k tv that doesn't come with a casting option. The only issue I have had so far is it often has a error with the standard plug it came with. Says it is not a recognized plug in and have to unplug and plug back in to rest then it works fine.

If you want to want to view many of your apps on your TV rather than your hand held devises, this is the perfect devise to do so. Works perfectly once you get it set up. If you have difficulty, Chromcast provides a 800 number to provide assistance.

My Chromecast ULTRA was easy to hook up to and so far has functioned flawlessly. I think it is a solid product!

I like that I can stream in 4K-- it unlocks my new TV work to its full potential. Installed it with Google Home App on iPhone, has a very easy and intuitive interface. Works like it's supposed to. We have a normal chromecast in the other room and it works like a charm as well.

I cannot tell you how often I use this Chromecast. It is a staple in our family and is easy to use for anyone. Whatever you're watching you simply hit a cast button and bam it's on your TV. It's easy, works great and has no fuss. Would recommend 100%.

video output quality is excellent but there is a lag at times and can be buggy.

After getting a great deal on a Samsung 4K TV, I paired it with the Chromecast Ultra for $10 less than retail and it works beautifully. Watching my favorite content in full 4K is definitely an experience I was not prepared for

The Chromecast Ultra 4K makes it convenient to stream and have access to apps that you might not be able to download on your 4K TV. I own a Hisense and can't download a bunch of apps, and I didn't want to buy another TV so this was the greatest solution.

Finding more ways to cut cable programs to stream shows in HD and this preforms smoothly and efficiently through casting applications on my phone.

I recently purchased a 4K TV, and wanted to upgrade my Chromecast as well. This version has a power adapter and a plug for wired LAN. I connected it this way, and it works great! Just like the original Chromecast, I can stream from just about any source, but now, if I have 4K content, I can stream that as well.

My TV is a SMART TV from Samsung, but I believe it is an older model so I got the Chromecast to enjoy faster speeds to view Youtube and Netflix. It also goes beyond SMART TV Apps because I am able to Chromecast whatever I am viewing on my laptop as well. Great to have the 4K functionality in the Ultra model.

I have a smart tv and still decided to buy this in order to make more use of my google assistant. This is awesome! Easy to use and content connects smoothly no buffering. Even Mirroring your phone to the tv is smooth. Without the Chromecast, mirroring would buffer and constantly disconnect.

I don’t have a smart tv and my tv is in great condition. But with this I can us my Netflix account and more.

I have owned a standard Chromecast since they were released. I consider the Ultra to be an excellent upgrade.

What I have used this for has been ok. I really need to use it more. I will be using this at a different local soon. You do need a strong wifi

Ive been researching what casting device to get. Ive read solid reviews on the chromecast ultra, so i decided to get this bundled with an indoor antenna. This has helped me with my viewing options. Im able to stream, Netflix, Hulu, Sling. I highly recommend this for starters who want to cut the cord

Love the fact this supports Ethernet, I find it a better experience than wifi. Great product, zero problems.

The latest version chromecast from the brilliant minds @ Google. What would I do without it? Stream movies from the laptop's (PC) external hard drive, have YouTube face-offs w the kids (android&iOS), play music, and more without burning up my battery and all in lovely 4K. In LOVE!
