The Daydream lived up to its reputation as a comfortable and easy to use VR device for my Android phone. Best Buy had them in stock and in store so it was fast and efficient. The store clerk was exceptional and had me on my way in a flash!

VR has come a long way. And this headset is a great example of this capabilities. The price of the Google's is good for the quality. And since you can use an existing phone, it's a great value. Lots of cool videos and apps available.

It is a neat gadget that works well but I was disappointed with the content options and the lack of free content.

Who wants one that looks like heather grey yoga pants when you can get one that looks like burgundy yoga pants?

I have an iPhone and wanted a better google cardboard. As a google cardboard this product is great. The only issue is that the controller does not work with the iPhone or other android phones that I tested on. So it's well as a Google Cardboard without an kind of control. I could recommend it but Google needs to add support to the controller to make it a product worth buying.

I would never have imagined how well this could work with a phone. I use it with a Moto Z and it is awesome.

Works well for daydream content, but is klugy for existing cardboard apps

This is really cool for what it is. Not going to beat dedicated VR devices, but it is immersive nonetheless.

The controller loses sync every once in a while but other than that fun experience still prefer the gear VR

Bought it for my S6 but it is not compatible so I had to return it.

Very good quality for the price. There are quite a few free apps available in the App Store now.

When I purchased this for my ZTE Axon 7, the Google Daydream View VR HMD (Head Mounted Display) was the only option for obtaining the Daydream handheld controller. The headset itself can NOT be adjusted for focus or pupilary offset. It also lacks a top strap, leaks light around the nose bridge and has a poor fitting phone mounting technique that has a closure strap that presses against the power button on my Axon 7, requiring a mounting hack to keep it from shutting off. The ONLY reason I'm giving this product two stars is because it's the only Daydream HMD option currently available. I would encourage anyone wanting to get full enjoyment and use from Daydream to purchase a separate HMD like the excellent Homido V2 to use with the Daydream Controller.

It's a great product, great build quality, but it isn't really indispensable in a daily basis.

These are pretty awesome. You actually see things that are around the whole screen moving.

The devise is pretty cool, but it only see.s to work with specific programs designed for it, not any VR programs. There are very few free apps and almost no free games. There are a limited number of paid games as well and they are expensive $5+. I was disappointed to spend so much on the device for such a limited offering in terms of content.

I can't tell if a cheaper model would have worked better but the google worked very nicely .

Affordable, portable and easy to set up. The bundled motion controller is convenient and easy to use. Exclusive YouTube, Google Street View and Google Photos feel like potential killer apps.
