Today when I opened the package containing the Fitbit Inspire 3 I ordered from Best Buy, I saw that the Fitbit box inside had already been opened. Someone had cut through one end of the box (see photo). I took it to the nearest Best Buy, and asked for a replacement. I was told there were none available anymore, anywhere, but I could exchange it for one of the other colors. No - pink or orange are not for me. I asked if they could just notify me when they got more in, but they said they couldn't. I asked if they could comp me a replacement band, as I've seen bands made for Fitbits for sale, but they said no. Instead, they said, if I wanted a replacement band comped, I would have to take the issue up with the shipper, not with them. REALLY?? Surely Best Buy does not give *unsealed* boxes to FedEx when they turn merchandise over to be shipped. The Fitbit box would have to have been cut open *before* it was placed and sealed in a box. Best Buy refused to take any responsibility at all for someone in their warehouse cutting open the Fitbit box before sealing the item in a box for shipping. The sale has ended, so even though I could get a Fitbit Inspire 3 from another store, I would have to pay full price, because Best Buy won't take responsibility, or at least agree to notify me when they get more inventory in, or comp a replacement band that isn't pink or orange. Very disappointing.

Great value for price but as expected has couple of flaws. 1. I can’t change my music 2. Syncing data is slow

Best Fitbit I’ve had! Tracks steps, sleep, etc. Display is big enough for easy reading! Comfortable to wear, although I replaced the rubber band with leather, but just my preference. Battery life is fantastic… lasts for days!! Purchased and then went on sale for $30 less…Best Buy adjusted the price, no problem.

Hi there, LoriM. We’re sorry to hear battery life on your Inspire 3 hasn’t been the best. You should be getting up to 10 days of battery life on your device — here’s some suggestions to keep your device running all day:
1. Turn off always-on display.
2. Dim the screen or enable auto brightness.
3. Turn off the Button Lock setting.

I've had this Fitbit Inspire 3 for about a year now and I really like it. It seems pretty accurate and performs as it should. The battery life is about 2 weeks after charging. I haven't worn it in water, but it has gotten slightly wet and the water didn't seem to bother anything. It's pretty easy to use once it's connected to your phone. Although, it can be a bit tricky to figure out how to get back to the 'time' screen when first starting out. I do not have the subscription yet, but I feel the information I get on my phone is sufficient for my needs.

My Alta HR finally but the dust so I needed to upgrade. I love my new Inspire. One of the biggest improvements is the screen which I can read in any light (the Alta was hard to impossible to read outdoors most of the time). I also like how it shows the full data that was often abbreviated on the Alta.

This device stopped connecting after about a month. Unfortunately, there is no way to sync through usb, only through bluetooth in the app. The only way to get the device to sync again (after a lengthy Fitbit customer service interaction) was to do a factory reset, losing a month of fitness data. The variety of watch faces is also not very good. In particular, there does not appear to be a watch face that shows data for multiple things (e.g. heart rate, steps, and distance) at the same time. Fits somewhat awkwardly on the wrist. The Fitbit premium does not appear to be worth it.

I’ve been using the Fitbit Inspire 3 for two months now, and it’s been a game-changer for tracking my health and fitness. Here’s a detailed look at my experience: What I Liked: 1. Design & Comfort: The Lilac Bliss color is gorgeous—subtle yet stylish. The slim and lightweight design makes it incredibly comfortable to wear all day and even while sleeping. 2. Features: Health Monitoring: The heart rate monitor, stress tracking, and sleep analysis are accurate and insightful. The sleep tracking feature, in particular, has helped me understand and improve my sleep patterns. Fitness Tracking: It tracks steps, calories burned, and active zone minutes effectively, encouraging me to stay more active throughout the day. Battery Life: The battery lasts about 8-10 days on a single charge, which is impressive and super convenient. Water Resistance: Perfect for swims and workouts, no need to take it off. App Integration: The Fitbit app syncs seamlessly with the tracker, providing detailed reports and easy goal-setting. It’s user-friendly and motivates me to maintain my fitness goals. What Could Be Better: 1. Display Brightness: While the AMOLED display is vibrant, it can be hard to see under direct sunlight during outdoor activities. 2. Limited Features Without Premium Subscription: Some advanced metrics and insights are locked behind the Fitbit Premium subscription, which feels like an additional expense. Overall Experience: The Fitbit Inspire 3 has been a reliable companion on my fitness journey, providing a balance of functionality and style. Despite a few minor drawbacks, it’s a great fitness tracker for everyday use. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable yet feature-packed tracker to stay on top of their health goals.

The product itself is okay. It does what it is supposed to do. However, I did not find that the app did much more than put all the data it collected into nice charts. There was no practical application for the data other than being cool to look at. The band also broke (unreliable latch that connects band to watch) and gave me a disgusting rash on my wrist. I do not have sensitive skin, so the designers clearly did not test this enough because it makes sense that wearing a rubber band 24/7 would cause something like this over time (for me it took 2 months).

Condition mentioned and after one time use strap of the watch keep coming out. Inspection needs to be done correctly. It's my first time bad experience with bestbuy. Please do the condition carefully.

Hey there, SriQA. Sorry to hear your experience with the Inspire 3 hasn’t been the best. Changing out the band may resolve the problem of it coming loose — here’s how to swap it:
1. Turn over Inspire and find the quick-release lever.
2. While pressing the quick-release level inward, gently pull the band away from the tracker to release it.
To attach a new band:
1. Slide the pin (the side opposite the quick-release lever) into the notch on the tracker. Attach the band with the clasp to the top of the tracker.
2. While pressing the quick-release lever inward, slide the other end of the band into place.
3. When both ends of the pin are inserted, release the quick release lever.

Firstly ill start off with the good. The watch is relatively cheap, lightweight (you barely notice you’re wearing it), has great sleep tracking, and is water resistant meaning you can shower with it or do dishes, that kind of stuff. The downsides are that you have to pay a subscription to use all the features after the 3 month trial period, also it doesnt track much aside from sleep and how many steps you take so if you wanted swim tracking for instance you shouldnt get this watch, also the band it comes with picks up lint and hair very easily and thats kind of annoying, the charge doesn’t last as long as id like and the charger itself is very short and the watch often falls off due to a poor connection to the charger. Personally i prefer my old garmin watch but this watch definitely has the best sleep tracking out of all smart watches.
