Definitely highly recommended.

Naturally when you get the downstairs area comfy the upstairs isnt. I love having this so I can adjust my heat and air anywhere I go, using Alexa or my iphone. No more getting out of bed to adjust the heat or air. I used a plug in C-wire since my system didn't have one it was a few bucks on amazon.

Relatively easy install considering I had a Nest in my previous home. Attempted to connect to the Nest app and was very disappointed to find out this model is not compatible with the Nest App only Google Home. Had I been aware I would have ordered a different model. Since it’s a refurbished model I’m doubtful of the possibility of exchange.
