I had the Geek Squad Protection on them. So I exchanged them for this. Set up was easy only took a few minutes. They work great! My only complaint is the features in the app are limited. You can't delete old devices. There's no way to block an unknown device from the network either. You can pause and that's it.

Regardless I love the device and being able to check every detail as well from the app

The uprade solved the issue. No more video conferencing issues. We work from home quite a bit so this is a big win. Easy set up and install right into our Google system.

However they can get a little wonky at times and a quick reset from the application gets things back up quickly. This doesn't happen often, so it's not too bad.

Got these installed today and im very impressed. My ISP speed is 500 mbps and i get that full speed on my devices. (My previous wifi usually delivered around 250 megs)
