I love the phone design and Pixel in general. I think all of the issues are due to the refurb itself, and not the Pixel. Battery health not great, video calls have no audio from speakers (have to use Bluetooth), no audio on alarms (rely completely on vibration), speaker pops consistently, and the audio jack today stopped working today. Big time regret buying a refurbished phone.

Pretty poorly refurbed so stay away! I'm 6 days outside the return policy and basically my problems are the following: -after updates [prompted by Google] my device has restart issues -restored device and had chrome restart problems -tried a 3rd restore with Google assistance and still had boot and freezing issues -did one restore more and advised to stop all updates but yeah..stability at the cost of some uncertainties and i don't care for that at all. So basically being a refurbed, they probably fixed it and did minor testing but actual real-world issues take more than 14 days. Very disappointed by my purchase to immediately replace my old broken phone =( The phone looks amazing where its functional in and how it can operate but without being able to use chrome reliably as well as the restart issues, that really hurts a ton and should be a deal breaker.

This Pixel 3a was a gift for my mom. It has performed beautifully so far and mom is loving it. I have been using a Pixel 3 so am easily able to help mom with her phone. Perfect to add to my Google Fi account which I love. Downloaded a Sim for this phone. Very efficient phone. Love it!

I purchased the pixel 3. But it was defective and wouldn't work. So your tech pulled a pixel 4 from the cage and it is great. I don't understand why the pixel 3 was $ 10.00 more than a new phone. But in the end it's all good. Your techs are great!!!

I bought this phone some months ago, at the beginning everything was alright (for a $300 phone), but some day out of nowhere the phone started to resetting itself, I thought that maybe was something normal, maybe a part of a new update, but I couldn’t more wrong, suddenly the phone enter a reset loop, it last like 10 minutes... just the first time, yeah it happened again and again. I thought that maybe I was the only one with this problem, but as soon as I google it I noticed that a lot of people were having the same problem So do your self a favor and star away from the pixel 3a
