Solid battery good screen patchy coverage however .

The phone came in good condition which I was not expecting, since it is a refurbished item, definitely would recommend buying a phone/refurbished item, I've had no problem with the phone all I noticed were little minor scratches but it was nothing noticeable unless in direct bright light , another thing I liked was the price!!

Refurbished me scare some folks, but with Best Buy you've got nothing to worry about. The unit we purchased was advertised with some scratches, but I can see none. We got a top quality unit for a reduced price and could not be more satisfied with how this worked out.

Nice phone battery started degrading about a year later other than that nice camara nice screen

Even though this was refurbished, it was in excellent shape and we have had no issues at all with it.

2nd time buying a refurbished phone and it's been an amazing experience the condition of the phone is incredible which is amazing the phone works as intended and have had no issues!

I'm mad that the model before was sold out so I needed to spend another $100 on this thing to replace a phone I broke at my job. That being said it's a good phone.

Works as good as I expected and more. Long battery life and a bright screen. The only negative thing I have for this phone is that when searching online it's difficult to go back a page. Other Google Pixel phones have a button on the bottom to go back a page, home, and view what apps are active.

I really like this phone more than I thought I would! It took a while for me to get used to it but I love it. The phone call screening is awesome and what everyone needs. I think everyones grandparents need that to avoid being scammed.

Refurbished is as good as new. The phone did not show any signs of wear and tear or misuse

While the 7a is good, I ultimately ended up returning it and went for Pixel 8 since the price difference was about $100. I am concerned about support for software updates and the pixel 8 has a longer update cycle. Ultimately both are great phones with no bloatware.

Really good not broken at all it was really perfect phone sadly got it for my sister 1 week passes and she broke it worth it thoe for the price your not getting it anywhere else for way cheaper
