Buying it for a gift. Have not set it up yet. Turns on and looks brand new.

It is a Pretty good quality phone for a not to expensive price!

Was a bit worried to get a refurbished phone but the phone differs nothing from a brand new one, my only gripe is that i didn't come with the accessories that come with the phone if you get it brand new.

Great working phone however there were some micro scratches.

The phone is great. There are times when I select a function, and for some reason, I have to select the function more than once.

The phone is really nice, was described and a nice replacement for my Apple phone. All went well with ordering to delivery.

We really like the Google phones. I had one before then. I went to a Note 10 and didn't like that as much. I bought this phone for my daughter. It was a refurbished phone, so I had my doubts. So far so good. It's been really good for her. She's had it for about a month now. There's plenty of storage for what she uses. My only suggestion would be to fully update the phone before activating it. I missed that, and it took me 2 days to get it activated. I've never had to do that to a phone before.

Google really had something with the 4 and 4XL but is trying to fall into obscurity with its newest iterations. It’s definitely better than the smart phones at the dollar store but about as decent as an iPhone 8

Excellent color and an excellent price. Weird that the local Best Buy only seems to carry black phones...there are som many new colors that look great.

Great device. The OS is smooth and it is still getting updates. The item cam in like new condition.

AAA+ although it was a certified product. condition was mint. will buy Geek Squad Certified products for sure!

So far, so good. Nice looking device/screen. I also trust Best Buy; if anything goes wrong, I know they'll make it right.
