Not enough ear plug caps

I got them and they look brand new but lol they came with an IPHONE cord charger, no ear pieces, and just overall hilarious. How can I use them? I can't. How can I charge them? I can't. I returned them.

In comparison to new ones, they dissapoint. For calls, virtual meetings, podcasts and voice messages it does the job. For the Google assistant, music, video streaming it lacks merits.

Had to change the name on the Bluetooth but no issues with cleanliness. The headphones themselves don't have a very stable connection a lot of the time if my phone is in my pocket
