They worked for the most part and had some glitchy moments here and there but I expected as much seeing as they're refurbished. They never had an issue connecting. The battery life left a lot to be desired but otherwise they were a solid pair of earbuds. They sounded alright and had some really handy features. As of October 29th they no longer connect. None of the troubleshooting for Pixel Buds works either. They're dead. It hasn't even been one year. For the price I expected some more longevity out of them. I'll probably find some way to recycle them (always recycle your tech!) but it's certainly a bummer.

We suggest following these steps and see if it works:
- Make sure to have the updated firmware version. Here's how:
Go to the Google Pixel Buds app.
Tap More settings.
Tap Firmware update.
At the bottom for each component (left earbud, right earbud, and charging case), the customer will find the serial numbers, device firmware status, and device firmware version listed.
To update to the latest firmware version:
On a Google Pixel phone on Android 10 or higher: Go to Settings > Bluetooth and tap the settings icon by the paired Pixel Buds name.
On other Android devices: Open the Google Pixel Buds app.
Scroll down and select More settings > Firmware update.
Tap the toggle to turn Automatic updates on.
Ensure that both earbuds and the charging case have enough charge (above 20%) for the Over-the-air auto-updates to happen.
To verify if the update was successful, check the current firmware version on the Pixel Buds app.
- Update the Google Pixel Buds app or try to uninstall and re-install the app.
