Used!, not refurbished.

By refurbished, it seems that they just removed the ear tips that were on the used device, as one of the sizes were missing. I purchased a highly rated replacement ear tips since I was unable to get a good seal with the ones that were included. Even with the replacements and multiple factory resets the seal test still fails, and real world results indicate that it is not functioning properly. Upon closer inspection, all open mic ports have wax-like dirt buildup. Not sure what is on the inside. The case also appears to have been kept in someones pocket with their keys for 2 years straight.

Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Try different sizes for each ear to find the best fit. App is easy to use. The refurbished product I got was missing one size of earbud sizes, but luckily I didn't need that size.

Forgot walking or eating or getting up....

Both earbuds where missing rubber tips. I try returning it and they said its non refundable. I didn't had a choice but to keep it. I cleaned it well and got some rubber tips. When I paired it with my phone one of the earbuds makes constant static noise. I lost money on time on this. Never buying Best Buy refurbished again.

Product was missing Medium (M) ear tips which are required for 90% of the population. You'll have to shell out another $10-16 on Amazon to get what you need to make the functional. Also, they appear to do very little quality check on the items for damage or visible wear. Mine had a few light black scuffs on the case that are not removable. I would think twice again about purchasing a "GeekSquad Certified Refurbished" product again. Seems like it's just any old return gets repackaged with what was given to them and sent to the new unsuspecting customer. Customer support didn't offer any viable solution other than refund which was disappointing as I was otherwise happy with the product.
