GeekSquad Fail

Arrived and returned on 2/1/2024 to the best buy in glen allen, va best buy with a malfunctioning touch screen in otherwise decent shape. Their local geeksquad wouldn't exchange it for a working model in store and told me it would be another 5 business days before I would see the replacement shipped to me. No offer of expedited shipping on the replacement now that I'd be without a phone for another week or exchanging with a working model they had in store. The extra icing on the terrible cake was the box included an iPhone lightning charging cable incompatible with the Pixel 7. Clear lack of attention to detail or any quality control going on here. Notified the best buy employee of this and they didn't didn't respond or seem to care.

It looks like it was sent as trade in before, the original owner cleaned the phone & then it is sold in Best Buy. It did not look like it was refurbished by Geek Squad. That's my opinion. So I returned this phone.

Like new and fresh load of Android 13

Honestly I couldn't find a single flaw. Like new was absolutely true. Bonus is it came with a fresh load of Android 13, which I'll hang on to as long as possible since Android 14 is terrible (buggy and breaks apps including base Google ones).
