Great gift for anyone even Spanish speaking person and seniors. Great quality. Great sound. Very loud easy use and it looks beautiful in the living room.

Works and sounds great. Use it almost everyday. Only reason for less than 5 stars is that it's not super easy to connect. The other issue, mostly my own for not researching better, is that I can't just connect via Bluetooth. Brought it camping thinking we could chill with some good music and could only chill... No music.

I bought this one to replave my old Google speaker I had for years. This one works great and can be very loud if you need it to be. I have had zero issues so far. It is much larger than my last one from google and wish it was a bit smaller, but I would still recommend this to anyone looking for this type of speaker for their home.

This speaker is one of my favorite possessions. I use it for everything. I ask tens of questions a day, I have background music going at almost all times, and I use it to control my smart devices. It's a wonderful smart speaker. Easy to set up, and works well. It can understand me well, and does a good job answering my questions. I prefer this to the amazon echo.

First of all I really like the Google assistant. In combination with Gemini the assistant offers up far more information than any other AI on most topics. The sound quality and volume are good! I fully expect that this device’s capabilities will continue to improve.
At this time it’s not as good at controlling smart devices but they may be my current setup.

I have Google as my start home system and I have a Nest Hub Max, and a Nest Mini speaker as the main voice control devices. I saw this speaker on sale for 50% off, so I bought two of them. Now I can cast music too all my google speakers as a surround sound system in my dining room. The speaker is more responsive to voice command comparing to the Hub. They are good speakers for average need. If you want a full blown immersive sound system with a log o adjustments, these are not the ones. But for average everyday use, smart home control, these are excellent.

I waited 2 years to buy these. Kept thinking they’d come out with a new model or someone would post a pretty annoying issue. Which btw, when you disable the mic on the speakers there is an annoying ORANGE LIGHT that is always visible. So if you wanted to just Bluetooth audio and not worry of the always listening google overlords, you can’t without a bright Orange light.
Anyways, the sound is great, but the sound is awesome with 2. Typically the case with a lot of speakers, they sound better in pairs. These go on sale twice a year. Wait for the sale and buy 2

The Google Nest Audio is a fantastic upgrade from the Nest Mini. The sound quality is rich and clear—perfect for enjoying music—and it's incredibly responsive for voice commands, making home automation effortless. I bought it to replace two Nest Minis, and I’m beyond satisfied. Totally worth it

I purchased two of these new Nest Audios to replace an existing original Google Home, and a Google Home Mini, both located in different rooms in the house. The overall sound quality is much better than both outgoing speakers and I'm very pleased with how they round out my whole home setup, which now consists of these two Nest Audios, plus a Google Home Max, two Home Minis, and a Home Hub.
These are the perfect middle ground between the Mini and the Max. Direct comparison to the older Google Home, these sound much more neutral and balanced, it's not trying to overdo anything and just overall pleasing to listen to. I would like if it were a tad louder, but for the price it's solid.

I got the grey Google Nest speaker, and honestly, it's pretty sweet. I like how it looks. The cloth covering is soft, which is a nice touch. When I play music, it actually sounds good—not all tinny like some smart speakers. And the best part? I can just talk to it! I ask it questions, and it answers. I can even tell it to turn off my lights, which is super handy. It was easy to set up, and it fits right in with my stuff. I'm happy with it.

I bought to add to my other Google devices and as a music player when I'm working around the house. It's easy to set up and relatively portable (I have an Amazon Echo speaker that is much heavier). The sound quality is good and it has all of the other Google features. Finally, it works well as a Bluetooth speaker once you learn how to connect it.

If you are in the Google ecosystem, this is the speaker to get. Nice, balanced sound. Works well in a living room. Not as loud and full as a Home Max or an Echo Studio, but more than enough for casual listening. Design is nice if your room matches that Google look. It is taller than I had imagined, but that doesn't detract from the appeal. Mics don't seem as responsive as the newer echo units, but it is still very responsive. You just need to speak up a little if music is playing. Overall, great product. Good at $99, great at anything less.

The Google Nest Audio is a great product for the price. The sound quality is clear and great for music, podcasts, or just asking questions. It is a big large, but the color options can allow it to fit into most areas. It was easy to set up. I love using this in my living room for Google Assistant or listening to music. I have it linked to my record player for bluetooth playing as well and it's seamless!

Picked up a Google Nest from Best Buy and couldn’t be happier. The staff helped me choose the right one for my home, and setup was simple and fast. It works great with my other smart devices and makes everyday stuff like adjusting the thermostat or checking the weather super convenient. Best Buy made the whole experience smooth from start to finish.

This is fantastic! I needed both audio and an assistant in my room so I got this. It does not disappoint! Great bass and overall fidelity for the price. It booms! I also was worried it would be too pink but really blends in nicely to lighter wood furniture. Would recommend.

The best smart speaker pair for the money, connection reliability, pairing, and volume. Google Assistant still outperforms Alexa and Siri, and sometimes you get a magical answer. Still pretty frustrating that there's no audio inputs on these devices, and having too many of them in too small an area makes it hard for them to figure things out.
Don't buy them unless they're on sale. If you can't get these buy-1-get-1, maybe you can wait until Black Friday or similar.
Hi Barry, thanks for giving us feedback on the Nest Audio, and we appreciate that you find the best speaker pair. We hear your concerns about having no audio inputs on the speakers, and having too many of them in too small an area makes it hard for them to figure things out. We’ll definitely let our products team know about your feedback to work on future improvements. Meanwhile, You can choose a media playback device that will always play your audio (or video with a compatible display) without having to include the device's name in your voice command.
