Video ok.... Very choppy. If you have a nest doorbell and you try to add a new device to your system the process is suspect.

The issue is most likely related to a connectivity issue with your network. We recommend checking if your Nest Cam (Battery) might be getting a weak Wi-Fi signal from your router. Placing your Nest Cam (Battery) in a location where you get better signal reception might be helpful in improving it. The issue may also be related to possible congestion in your network. Removing some of your connected devices to free up some bandwidth space, and to test if the issue will persist. If you verify the presence congestion, we recommend contacting your Internet service provider and consider upgrading your bandwidth.

Could not get the camera to remain connected to the Wi-Fi although there was a very strong signal.

Sometimes, a range issue or wireless interference can cause your Nest camera to disconnect from your Wi-Fi. Try moving your camera a bit closer to your router. Sometimes it may pass the connection test during setup, but will struggle to stay connected if it’s just a bit too far away. You may also check for objects such as mirrors and refrigerators between the camera and your router as these items could block the connection. should have called it the “Google Camera”
this product has nothing to do with nest and is only compatible with mobile phone viewing— can’t view it on a desktop/laptop!
without the great ease of use and quality of the nest software integration, you’re better off with a cheaper camera from tp-link

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It does not work with the current Nest App, only Google Home, which is a garbage product. I could not get these to work with Google Home either. Google has ruined a fine product family from Nest.
