Excellent quality and VERY easy to set up. The video and audio quality is MUCH better than the cheaper version offered by nest.

Bought the 2 pack of cameras on sale, the cameras function perfectly, I upgraded from the nest camera to the nest IQ camera and can notice the improvement in image quality and speed, paired with the amazon echo show it’s perfect, I needed a way to see the front door quickly when a customer ring the bell so having to pull out my phone and launch the nest app was not fast enough, with the voice control of the echo show I can pull up the camera in seconds.

This camera is superb in terms of setup and video quality. It identifies faces, and can alert you when an unknown face is detected. However, its significantly larger than the predecessor model and the face recognition feature doesn't justify the $100 to $150 extra cost.

Facial recognition only works in select markets, mine not being one of them. Picture quality is pretty good. Only sticking with it because I've tried about 8 different cameras and this one is the least frustrating.

I am still learning the inns and outs of the new camera, but I am very impressed with the quality and the ease of operation

Easy setup, absolutely clear picture, and easy to access using Nest app. No regrets albeit price is steep.

This is a great indoor camera. The images are crisp and the detailed. The mount is easy to install. i have mine mounted on the ceiling. You are able to rotate the image 180 degrees. The power cable is short, but I called Nest customer support and they sent me another cable no charge. You can use an female USB C to female USB C adapter found on Amazon to connect the cables! The camerass are expensive, but they are built to last. Would recomend!

Did a lot of research, had a friend who purchased this and decided to go for it. It was more cost than I initially wanted to spend, but worth it in the end. The picture is clear both day and night and I appreciate the notifications to my phone when I’m away. It’s easy to talk to your family if you’re also away through the microphone. It comes with a wall mount if you want to secure it one place too. It was easy to set up to my WiFi and my phone app.

The Nest offers a ton of great features.. would have given it 5 Stars if I was a little more tech savvy, but the guy who installed it seemed to be excited about it and so far it does everything it should. The app is the most convinent!

I prefer the Nest IQ over the 1st generation. These were incredibly easy to install, and the app is very easy to use. We got them for grandparents who aren't tech savvy, and they were the perfect fit. They are great because you can add one at a time indoor/outdoor, and you can choose if you want additional services as you upgrade your smart home options with other Nest products. The image is clear and the mic is amazing volume for 2 way talking. Highly recommend!

we already have nest thermostat and nest protect. Open the app and add the camera. 30 day free trial to see if we liked it. While on vacation, I was able to open the nest app and view the video. It took some time to get used to scrolling video back in time. I'm giving 4 stars for one important feature, 2 phones using the app. If both phones are away from home to turn the camera on. If 1 phone is still home then don't turn the camera on.

This camera is very easy to install and works well with the suite of other Google products in the house. The only thing I would change, if I could, would be how long it takes the camera to "buffer" if you try and access the video feed outside the house. I live in an area with 4G LTE that is... well... not exactly reliably 4G LTE. I wish there was a way to lower the resolution of video feed automatically when not connected to WiFi.

This is a great upgrade to the prior version. The only downside is that it thinks my dog is a person. Lol It told us someone was in our kitchen when no one really was. Come to find out it could see our dogs face.
