This is a great upgrade to the prior version. The only downside is that it thinks my dog is a person. Lol It told us someone was in our kitchen when no one really was. Come to find out it could see our dogs face.

I really LOVE this camera! The picture quality is of high quality and amazing. Automatically zooms in on a subject for easy identification. Only drawback is in order to get fully recorded videos and pictures you need to subscribe to a monthly service but that’s a small issue that won’t ding out a star for a 5 star product. It’s the best camera in the market hands down. Highly recommend this to anyone.

It’s a great security camera but just hate that you have to subscribe to a plan to keep more video footage for viewing.

At first adding this created some weird issues with my nest account. Other cameras disconnecting or this one not connecting. My internet is more than sufficient so I know that wasn't it. But after resetting all the cameras all is good. Nice how it zooms in but faces are still blury, Not sure how it is ever supposed to recognize anyone. I don't see a vast improvement over my older black nest cams.

The camera and framework are excellent! Nest was way ahead of the game! Google, unfortunately, has not kept the innovation going. Google, in their acquisition mode, has not shown the focus to maintain the continued momentum that Nest had, pre-acquisition. The cumbersome nature of Google’s ID is a prime example as the only really visible integration so far! Oh. Yeah, and it breaks some primary functionality!

Love this camera! In the correct location, it can cover the central area plus all of the entry points. With the smart IQ it follows/zooms in on people when they walk into it's sight.

Used these in my vacation home. Excellent picture, great website and really easy to set up and use.

I cannot say enough good things about this camera. Not only does it allow me to talk to my pets, but it is incredibly amazing thing for peace of mind if you were out of your home.

So far Is working correctly. There is a slight bit of lag which is annoying but the picture quality is great.

Camera works very nicely. Picks up motion and sound. Does very well with night view.

Love this camera. Using it to replace our baby monitor. Easy to mount and set up with the Nest app. Notifications for noises/motion, which you can turn off if you want. I didn't think I would use the Google Assistant that much, but I actually like using it for simple things, like the weather. The facial recognition is a cool feature, but I dont find it very useful.

We bought this to use as a monitor to keep track of our toddler. While the night vision resolution is not the best it is very easy to use, the nest app is excellent, and works well for what we were looking for. I do wish the night vision clarity was on par with our old cocoon Cam however we have yet to find a camera with optics at night as good as that 1.

This is an excellent camera. Good filed of view and clear picture. Easy to install if you are handy with tools. The app is easy to use for setup. I did have trouble with the scanning of the QR code and needed to manually enter the serial number. Write down the serial number. Using the app is easy and very reliable.
