Item is easy to install and works great. Make sure to cut off power and use no contact voltage tester to confirm prior to installing. Floodlight is very bright and captures evening footage with ease. The unit does protrude a bit from the wall

I had to get a mounting block for my siding since the previous owners of my house didn't know how to install floodlights properly, but the floodlight cam works great. I love all the settings and the camera quality is good. The night vision is great but having the floodlight turn on automatically is better. I'm going to get a second one for the side of my house.

I really like this outdoor hardwired version of the Google Nest cam with floodlights. I have a vacation rental property on the beach and don’t have the ability to charge or replace batteries while offsite. The floodlights are surprising bright and offer additional deterrence from unwelcome visitors. My only suggestion is that the unit would be more resistant to high salt and sun conditions.

Easy to physically install (swapped out an existing motion-activated floodlight), and was easy to set-up... However really disappointed that this NEST CAMERA IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE NEST APP. It does work well in the google home app, and luckily my existing nest cameras and thermostats are all already in the home app (though I'm not used to checking and using them there, so don't have a good feel for how the UI compares). I get that google is trying to migrate users over to the home app, but I enjoyed the nest app and am annoyed at this misleading marketing. Also note that when the floodlights burn out, you will have to replace the whole unit (maybe not the camera itself though?) - worth researching if you are considering this floodlight.

These are a great all around product. The construction quality is great and comes with everything you will need for installation. The lights are surprisingly bright ad the camera picture quality is very nice as well with a pretty wide range. I guess the only complaint I could have it that the camera itself is a little bulky for a digital camera, but it does seem durable. It actually attaches to the fixture via a magnetic mount, which I am on the fence with at the moment. It seems to be a very strong magnet and has yet to fall off, surviving some pretty intense storms and winds, but we will see how long it lasts. It does make for a nice ability to move and position the camera itself in a pretty wide range of positions though. All in all, these are great. I have a couple of them and have no issues with connection or functions at all so far. One other thing I didn't realize ahead of time. These ARE dimmable LED's, via the app. Which is very nice when you want to switch the lights on constant for sitting outside and don't want the super bright LED's blaring down on you.

Love this camera, lights are bright (and dim-able), great night camera, awesome picture quality. The only thing I dislike is that you cannot use it with the NEST app. You have to use the google home app. That is the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.

Easy to install, love that they included a little hook to hold the fixture while you connect the electric. Flood light and camera works as you would expect. Any seem to figure out how to get the video to stream to my google hub but I’m sure I’ll figure it out when I can spend more time in the settings.

The camera was installed to give us a view of our backyard. The installation was very easy with step-by-step instructions. The camera and floodlight are very easy to use, adjust settings, etc. The camera view is adjustable to point where you would like it and gives a wide view of the area. The image is clear, even at night, and shows great detail of what's happening, even with a zoom feature to see close up on any activity. We have been very happy with our purchase!

I installed the Nest Outdoor Camera a few months ago, and it’s been such a good addition to my home. The picture quality is super clear — I can easily see who’s at the door or walking by, even at night. The setup was quick, and it connected to my Wi-Fi without any trouble. I really like how it sends alerts to my phone when there’s activity. It’s smart enough to tell the difference between a person, an animal, or a passing car, so I only get notified when it actually matters. The two-way talk is a nice bonus — I’ve used it to tell delivery drivers where to leave packages a few times. It feels sturdy and looks good too, not bulky or out of place. I’ve been through rain, heat, and wind with no issues at all. Overall, it just gives me peace of mind knowing I can check in on my home anytime, from anywhere. Totally worth it!

Great picture, love the motion activation and the mobile alerts. Easy installation. I wish they could be activated on the old nest app rather than the google home app.

The camera gives you a great picture. The device also let you customize which alerts you want to receive like cars, people etc. The flood light has the option to set the brightness to the level of your choice.

The picture quality is the best I've seen. Easy install & the lights are good quality. The only knock is that it doesn't show up in my Nest app & has to be accessed through Google home. I've read that Google is working on this. Very good product.

The Nest Cam with Floodlight works great. I like that you can change the sensitivity of the camera and the floodlight. You can also adjust the brightness of the floodlight.

Very easy to install. The only issue was the screws that come with the unit were too long for the electrical box, but a few washers took care of the issue. The camera is amazing and the floodlights are bright.

Love this thing. Easy to install - at first I thought I needed to wire this to a switch. Wrong. You can tap it into an outlet because it's motion sensored and google home voice activated. A breeze to set up. Light is bright. Camera is fine.
