This thermostat actually took me around 5 minutes to install. Very easy, very elegant. I actually got 2 of them as I had 2 thermostat. In black or white they look very fashionable and modern. Remote control and learning the preferred temperatures make it worth the price

Bought this on sale to replace an old malfunctioning thermostat. Very easy to install. It came with all necessary tools, a face plate to cover marks left by old thermostat so no need for wall or paint repair, and a built in level. All set up in maybe 30 minutes. I can view my energy usage from the day before and adjustment my cooling/schedule accordingly all on my phone. I also like being able to set a fan schedule to promote air circulation even when it's not actively cooling. Be sure to check with your energy companies for rebates; in the end I got mine for less than half price.

This thermostat is wonderful. Excellent product & easy to set up. Automatically adjusts temperatures by learning your patterns. . Easy to use and nice looking too. This is going to save us money every month on our bill. Simply "LOVE THIS NEST".

We have 4 Nest thermostats at both our homes and can reduce our electric bill by adjusting the thermostat at the house we are not at and adjust the temperature to the house we are going to so the house comfortable when we arrive. If you forget to adjust the thermostat before you leave you can control the temperature from the App on the phone. Great product.

Had new heat pump installed and the thermostat that the HVAC guy installed didn’t accurately sense temperature and keep house at desired temp. My nephew recommended I try the nest thermostat since I already had other nest products, so I did. Seems to be working great. I have a dual fuel system and it was easy to set up and program settings. I also purchased sensors to place in other areas of house so I could better regulate temps upstairs and down. The nest learning thermostat lets you add sensors where the regular thermostat does not.

I purchased the Next gen 3 thermostat on a Sunday morning from Best Buy and it was delivered THE SAME DAY for free! Wow! Installation was super simple. Luckily I had an extra "C" wire not being used so I was able to attach that to the thermostat and on the furnace board to power the unit. Setup was easy and I loved how the screwdriver even had a magnet end to hold the screws a bit. App setup was smooth. No issues connecting to our wireless. Only thing that hung me up for a couple minutes was not knowing how to "select" the options one the screen. Turning the dial was ok, but I learned from a video online that to select you press around the sides of the display. Ah!!! That could have been better communicated maybe with a sticker on the device. System is so smart. It can run the fan a bit after the AC turns off to help push out remaining cool air. Doing the schedules on the app is pretty straightforward. It can give alerts if temp is too high or low and change the temps accordingly. This is going to be awesome.

We purchased a Nest for our home. The installation was extremely easy, and the set up was self explanatory. We also added the Nest app to the phone and the app is extremely easy to navigate. It’s such a nice ability to adjust the temperature in the home with the tap of a finger!
