    My previous thermostat had limited function and required manual adjustments between heating and cooling. The Nest thermostat provides that functionality and more. Helps to manage electricity use and provides you with outside temps and other functions. Their customer service helpline was there to guide me through the setup in addition to the various videos on YouTube.

    I changed from the Best V1 to this latest version. I love the upgrades, so much more precise and the Google Home App is much better than Nest app. Highly recommend

    Love it! It’s responsive, sleek, bigger than the older version. I was on the fence but this is a great upgrade. I’ve had nest for 8 years so I was due for a change.

    Absolutely beautiful design and love the new suggested setting based on how we live. Hated the automated schedule on the old thermostat. Will easily pay for itself

    It's a good thermostat. This new unit will only integrate with Google Home, and not the legacy Nest App which kind of frustrates me, as I still have an older unit downstairs. That being said, I do enjoy the new larger screen - but miss the blue/red screen tinting of the legacy devices.

    Upgraded from my near learning thermostat 3rd Gen. Setup was easy, unable to connect to nest app though so I have to use two apps for my other devices. The instructions are easy to understand. Controls are similar to the 3rd Gen but with a sleeker feel. This device is not compatible with a high voltage system, so please double check that before you purchase. Overall it is great and easy to use, once set up in the home app, all controls through it feel similar to the nest app. Expect the control to run your fan non stop, they have timed intervals up to 3 days I believe it is.

    Great thermostat! Love the black color. It looks way much better on my wall than the previous gen. Display a little on the dim side, maybe because of the color. One con is, it is very expensive now that the previous gen is on sale.
