Attempted to utilize for a couple of weeks and download speeds on the device would never get to the levels that they should have. Purchased an eero pro 6e instead and have been satisfied ever since.

I am very happy with the upgraded Nest Wifi pro. I have a Large 2 level home with lots of walls and our garage is very far away from our modem. We also have a ton of smart home products. Our current mesh system wasn't quite getting the job done. The Nest Pro 6e solves all our issues. It was super easy to set up. Im getting great speeds everywhere in the house. I am also getting good connection in my garage and my backyard. I am so happy!!!!!! Thank you Google for improving my life . You hit this out of the Park.

Immediately out of the box I was impressed with the Google Nest Wi-Fi Pro router. The packaging was well done but more importantly, right when you open it and see the router, it looks cool! The outer shell is smooth with minimal things to bring attention to it. You could put in a family room and have it sit on an end table and it would barely be noticed. There are no antennas or flashing lights and it is not overbearing at all. Setup was extremely simple. I plugged the necessary cables into the router and as it powered up, I downloaded the google home app. It walked me through setting up the router and within about 6 or so minutes, I was up and running having replaced my other one and using the same network name. It immediately began seeing my devices in the home from printers to streaming devices to phones and each of them connected and work just like they had previously without any issues. For it being a relatively small router with only one little light on the front, it works extremely well from a connectivity perspective. My home is just at about 2200 square feet and I had a good signal at the furthest points away from it. Additionally, I have future proofed my home so to speak as this router has Wi-Fi 6E built in. Although many new products are just now coming out with the ability to take advantage of it, you will start to see more 6E (also known as 802.11 AX) compatible devices coming to market in the near term. Additionally, should I need to broaden the signal due to distance or walls, etc. I can add additional ones to make sure I have no dead spots. It has many of the features you would expect a router to have, you can create a guest network, pause devices if you need to control your kid’s surfing activity, as well as prioritize certain signals such as video calls and gaming. I am very happy with this router and would absolutely recommend giving it a try.

Liked it till now, had few issue earlier with the connectivity between and the mesh points. Internet speed is good better then old one. Apart from the intermittent issue with the mesh connection it works good.

Horrible product. Very buggy. Couldnt replace previous Google WiFi. Too far apart.

Hi jonq, thanks for reaching out. It's unfortunate to hear about the unlikely experience you had with the buggy issues for Nest Wifi Pro, and we apologize for any inconvenience you may be having. If you're willing, resetting Nest Wifi Pro may be helpful with the buggy issues. If you reset your Nest Wifi Pro devices from the Google Home app, it’ll delete all settings and data from your Wifi router and Point(s), Cloud services, and the Google Home app. It’ll also remove your router and Wifi point(s) from your Google Account, and you may need to set it up again. To reset:
- Open the Google Home app.
- Tap Wi-Fi > Settings > Factory reset network > then choose OK.
Alternatively, you may also reach out to our support team for further help on the issue using this link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

This is an incredibly easy router to setup. Just download the app from google play and it sets up and configured itself automatically and fairly quickly. All settings are then done directly through the app which is excellent by way. The UI is very intuitive and polished as you would expect from Google. I like how easy it is to setup another node if you need more coverage. The build quality is great as well. I feel like I will get a ton of use out of this. The network speeds so far are fairly impressive. You would expect a Wifi6 router to fly past your older 5 protocols and this one does for sure. I’m more of a web interface person so I like the app configuration but don’t love it. Sure it’s quick and easy but I like to manually open and close ports, setup and manage my VPNs and remote admin and that is harder to do in the app. I prefer a more hands-on approach instead of just a push button and done. I just feel like if I have eyes on it and can diagnose network issues easier. I can however see the appeal of set it and forget though

Easy setup and really improved the signal coverage of our internet in every part of our home.Managing your devices in the Google home app is a breeze too.

Open Box, like new, and it was. Saved a ton of cash. Certainly newer technology then my previous Google WiFi picks, but speed and coverage are substantially better

Very easy set up. I had mine up and running in less than 10 minutes after replacing my old Google Wifi routers. I plugged it in, the app found it automatically and set up each unit. I went from about 160mbps on Google Wifi to around 912mbps.

I have owned the Nest Pro WiFi for about a week now, and I honestly do not know what others are referring to in reference to the setup process. I had downloaded the Google Home App as the BestBuy associate had instructed me to; I then plugged one of the points into my internet box and the app walked me through the rest. When I was done connecting the first hub, the Home App then asked if I had other points to setup and when I was finally done adding the third point, the Google Home App even shared my wifi password with my other devices. The only pain part to the setup, was the fact that I needed to re-setup all my other devices to my new wifi system but then I was good. I have owned other products like Netgear, but the Google Home process was much more simpler to me.

We had the orginal 3 pack which worked great. Been waiting for Google to add wifi 6 so jumped at the chance to upgrade. Much faster speeds both download and upload. Easy install not sure what the other reviewers had happen.

Love the speeds of the Nest Wifi Pro system, and the sleek design fits well in any decir Each Nest Wifi Pro unit also has two Ethernet sockets. Love how it works in my ecosystem

The set-up was simple, but not quite straightforward. When I plugged this in, the system did not walk me through set-up as anticipated. This is because I had the previous Google wireless router and this new one requires a factory reset of the modem in order to run through the proper set-up. Once that was done it was seamless. The coverage in my 2200 square foot home is excellent.

Finally a 6e feom Google and I am super happy with it. I am seeing peipke have issues with set up and I am not sure why but I removed the old network fully first in the Home App before attempting to add a new network. It went smooth for me. I have great Wifi for all my items (3 TMs, two streaming devices, a Hub, two minis, a several security cameras, and a variety of personal tech laptops/phones/tablets) I was initially sad thatthe Pro isnt backwards compatible but honestly nownthatvit is set up, I dont care. Great covetage on my house /garage

Works very well. These replaced another Wifi 6 device that I was having connectivity issues. We use FUBO TV for our tv and we would have to either power off the TV or reset the router/WIFI network to get TV back. We also had security cameras that would blink in and out at times. Since we have brought the Google Nest Pro 6e online we have not had a single drop anywhere on the network. I would recommend these to a friend.

Very easy to setup and with very user friendly and simple google app! Looks great in the house as well. Tech tip, be sure to not have your ISP router activated while the nest mech is active. The ISP router will need to be set to "bridge" mode so you dont run into double NAT problems.
