Customer Ratings & Reviews

This is my fourth generation of Pixel and my second of the Pro version. I find the customization of the navigation screens, quality of the camera, and the performance as my reasons for brand loyalty. In addition to that, I have had no issues with my previous Pixel phones.

I'm an android user and I'm using a pixel for the 1st time. I love how seamless the UI and navigation works. I love the size and user experience offered. The smooth performance is really commendable. I'm really fascinated by the Magic capture feature but I did find the video rather blurry and out of focus while using the magic capture feature. I still think the camera can be improved as this is not yet comparable with the iPhone camera which is in the same price range. IPhone (even Vivo and Oppo) adds more color and captures cleaner and brighter images/videos as opposed to pixel which I did find taken rather dull pictures at low light. With good lighting the camera is really great though. I also feel that the AI enhancement could be improved. I think we should give at least one physical sim slot which is convenient while you travel internationally.

I have this phone since more than 2 month ago and I am loving it. It is one of the best options out of the apple ecosystem

Google Pixel 11 Pro Olive Upon first glance I noticed that the olive color and gold trim gives this phone a polished and elegant look. I initially chose a matte olive case for this phone, however I think I will soon get a clear case just to show off it's beauty! Complimenting this look is the new glass raised camera bar that is placed horizontally across the back of the phone. Pixel Pro 11 displays feature a new coating thats twice as scratch resistant as the Pixel Pro 10. At 6.01 x 2.83 x 0.33 inches, weighing 7.20 ounces, the his phone fits comfortably in my hand and my small crossbody handbag. With Gemini Ai built in, this phone works great with the Google ecosystem. Other new features include: Tensor G6 Chip- delivers 50% more power for Ai tasks. Vapor chamber cooling which keeps the phone cool while multitasking and gaming. Titan M3 Security- protects your private data/offers defense against quantum computing threats. Longer battery life- provides over 30 hours of power on a single charge. Pixelsnap Magnetic Compatibility- offers secure alignment for faster wireless charging. Camera upgrades: 50MP Main Sensor- captures sharper details with better low light sensitivity. 120x Pro Zoom- uses Gemini Ai to pull distant objects into sharp focus Instant Night Sight-Processes and snaps bright low light photos instantly. Magic Capture- helps capture action moments and pull high quality still images from video. Rambler- A natural voice to text transcription feature that transfers exactly what I'm saying on to the screen. HiLight- notification indicator that lets you know when a certain contact is calling or when Gemini Ai is being used. I must mention that like the Pixel 10 Pro, the Pixel 11 Pro is an eSim only smartphone. With the absence of the sim tray, 4 stars. For the pure Android experience, Would recommend.

The Pixel 11 Pro from Google is the first Android phone I have used in many years, and I have to say that I have been blown away with the features and performance. Upon opening the plastic-free box, I was greeted with my “Fog” colored Pixel 11 Pro, which also ships with a charging cable, and not much else. The set-up process was very straightforward, just requiring me to sign in with my Google account to get things going. I was also able to get my phone running on my Mint cellular service very quickly, which was awesome. Overall, from the time I opened the package, it took maybe 30-45 minutes to have my phone completely set-up and ready to use. Since this is the first Android phone I’ve used in a while, it did take me some time to get used to the operating system. That being said, the Pixel 11 Pro’s OS is so smooth and easy to understand. I realize that there can be different versions of Android, but Google has made the process of coming over to an Android phone a simple and painless process. Mastering the gesture controls is relatively intuitive, and I only make a *few* mistakes as I navigate my phone’s apps and screens now. Starting with durability, the Pixel 11 Pro feels extremely well built, and I love that they are using “Gorilla Glass Victus 2” for the display. I’m usually pretty careful with my phones, but anything that reduces scratches on the screen is a plus in my book. The sides of and back of the Pixel are different textures/materials, but everything screams quality. The camera plateau is large and prominent on the backside, and houses some absolutely incredible cameras. Some things I love about the display: First, the refresh rate is AMAZING. Usually, I really can’t tell when a phone claims to have 120Hz refresh rate, but I can definitely notice it with the Pixel 11 Pro. Even when doing something as scrolling through my feed on YouTube, this small detail is very prominent- motion and action scenes are simply smooth, and the clarity of the 6.3” “Super Actua Display” is incredible. Google notes that it can reach 3600 nits of brightness (!), and this means I never struggled to see content on my phone, even when outdoors in bright sunlight. I also love that the Pixel 11 Pro has both a face unlock feature, and a fingerprint reader underneath the display. I found that they were blazing fast, and it even says that the fingerprint reader will continue to get faster the more it is used. Now on to cameras, which are HUGE features with the Pixel 11 Pro. In the front, you have a 42 MP camera used for things like selfies and face unlock. While I primarily use the rear cameras on my phones, this front facing one here is pretty incredible. On the back, you have a 50 MP main, a 48 MP ultrawide, and a 48 MP 5x telephoto with up to 120x Pro Zoom. And, you have your light/flash, which includes the “HiLight” feature. To quickly address the HiLight feature, I have it set to light up when my “favorites” in my contact call me. You can also set it to light up when using Gemini. Now, this is a cool feature, as in it looks neat, but I don’t really notice it in my day-to-day use. And to address Google’s Gemini AI features, I am just not that big into using AI stuff. I will say, if you ARE into it, the Pixel 11 Pro seems to be ready to go to be used with Gemini. Again, this just isn’t my cup of tea at this point, but I realize that every manufacturer has to incorporate AI, so this is to be expected. Back to the cameras. These rear cameras are stunning in what they are able to capture. Now, I haven’t yet found a reason to use the 120x Zoom, so I will get that out of the way and say it sounds VERY cool, but I personally am not sure what to use it with. For taking amazing and breathtaking everyday photos, the Pixel 11 Pro is more than capable. The detail and clarity is spectacular, and you can zoom in a picture you’ve taken and see the incredible amount of detail it has captured. I took a photo of my dog sitting on the sofa, and as I zoomed in on the photo, I realized that I could see my hand holding the phone in the reflection on his eye. I know that phone cameras have been in a race to see who can be the best on the market, but honestly, I can’t really imagine them being much better than what Google has offered here. As for processors, the Google Pixel 11 Pro is using the Tensor G6 chip, with a Titan M3 security chip. It also has 12 gigs of RAM and 256 gigs of internal storage. From what I understand, the Titan M3 helps to ensure that I am safe when browsing the web, using apps, opening emails, etc. I cannot compare the Tensor G6 to previous iterations, but this phone is FAST. From watching streaming content in high quality to playing mobile games, I never noticed slow down, as this phone feels very powerful and very capable. Sound quality is also excellent. The stereo speakers get LOUD for a phone, to the point where I rarely ever turned them even close to full volume. With 3 microphones, call quality is also excellent, and no one ever complained about being unable to hear me on a call. Some other things I really love about the Pixel 11 Pro: - Google promises 7 years of OS support for this phone, which means I can keep it longer, and that is always a good thing. - A built in VPN! This is a no extra cost feature, which is pretty incredible, and exceptionally useful in today’s world. - Satellite SOS features for when you need help, and have no service. - Theft protection features, which means I can lock down my phone if it ever goes missing. Overall, there are A LOT of things I have not mentioned with this review. Google has packed so many amazing features into the Pixel 11 Pro, that I would have to write a short novel to cover them all. At the end of the day, I can say that as someone who is now using an Android phone for the first time in over 15 years, the Pixel 11 Pro has been a joy to use. I really can’t think of much I would change. If I had to nitpick, I might make the HiLight feature more customizable, like for different uses? Still, that is the ONLY thing I can think of, and even the inclusion of the HiLight feature itself is a pro, and not a con. To wrap things up, the Google Pixel 11 Pro is a stunning piece of technology, and I have only scratched the surface for what it is capable of. If this is your first Android, I wouldn’t worry too much, as I was able to switch easily and painlessly. And if you are looking for a new phone, and would like to use the best mobile cameras on the market, then the Pixel 11 Pro should be at the top of your list! Rating: A solid 5 stars!

Owned for 2 weeks Upgraded to the Google Pixel 11 Pro from an older pixel 8 pro, and it has easily been one of the smoothest upgrades I’ve made. If you love flagship features without carrying a massive tablet in your pocket, this hits the sweet spot. What Stands Out: * Screen Brightness: The Super Actua display is stunning. Cranking up to 3,600 peak nits means direct summer sunlight is no longer an issue—zero squinting to read texts or frame photos outdoors. * Camera Performance: Google still leads the pack here. The daytime shots are crisp, portrait edge detection is spot-on, and low-light Night Sight captures noticeably faster with the updated ISP. Magic Capture and the telephoto zoom are standout features for quick snaps. * Everyday Fluidity & Gemini AI: Daily navigation feels effortless. Between the 120Hz LTPO refresh rate and the Tensor G6 chip, switching between apps, voice-to-text dictation, and call-screening happens instantly. The local Gemini Nano tools (summaries, live transcription) work quickly even offline. * Build & Ergonomics: Matte finish on the back feels premium and avoids fingerprints. The symmetrical visor camera bar prevents the annoying table wobble when typing flat. Plus, the ultrasonic fingerprint reader unlocks reliably on the first tap. Things to Keep in Mind: * Intense Gaming: It breezes through daily apps, multitasking, and casual games. However, if you run heavy 3D titles for more than 30–40 minutes at max settings, the frame does get noticeably warm. * Battery Life: Gets through a standard workday comfortably (around 6 to 7 hours of screen time), but power users might need a top-off by late evening. Fortunately, Qi2-compatible fast charging helps bridge the gap quickly. If you want clean, bloatware-free software, seven guaranteed years of OS support, and top-tier photography in a manageable 6.3-inch form factor, the Pixel 11 Pro is well worth the investment. Highly recommended!

📦 UNBOXING: Inside the box, you’ll find the Pixel 11 Pro, a USB-C to C cable, and some basic documentation. No wall adapter is included, and since it’s eSIM only in the US, there is no sim ejector tool. Like Pixel releases of the past couple years, the box is very small with a lot of recyclable packaging which is great. 💪 BUILD: The Pixel 11 Pro retains much of the same design language as the Pixel 9 and 10 Pro. It has an aluminum housing with Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on both the display and the back of the phone. Interestingly, the Obsidian version (which I have) is the only version of the phone with a matte finish aluminum frame, while the other models have a polished finish aluminum frame. If you prefer not to use a case, then I would be cautious about the Obsidian model because the matte finish can cause the phone to slide right out of your hand compared to the polished aluminum finish on the other models. At the bottom, you have a USB-C port that supports USB 3.2 gen 2 capabilities, a speaker grill on the right, and a microphone grill on the left. Long gone is the sim tray with only eSIM support for the US model. On the back of the phone is the camera bump that lets the phone lay on its back without rocking. Hidden under the back glass is support for 25W Qi 2.2 magnetic wireless charging. Lastly, the 6.3” Super Actua Display uses an OLED panel that is even brighter, leverages 2x scratch resistant display coatings, and remains fast and responsive. Like previous years, it also has a pinhole cutout selfie camera which can also be used for face unlock, and there’s an ultrasonic sensor under the display for fingerprint unlocking which I found to be much more reliable than the Pixel 9 Pro regardless of whether I had a screen protector installed. 📱 DISPLAY: The Pixel 11 Pro continues to use a 6.3” LTPO OLED panel with a resolution of 1280 x 2856 for a crisp 495 PPI. It reaches 2,400 nits for HDR brightness and 3,600 nits peak brightness while continuing to support a variable refresh rate window of 1Hz - 120Hz. It’s incredibly bright, making it very easy to see in outdoor conditions, but running it near maximum brightness will take a hit on battery life. Out of the box, Pixel 11 Pro still is configured to run in High Resolution mode at 1080 x 2410 instead of the native 1280 x 2856, but it is already so incredibly sharp that there isn’t a need to run at the native resolution since that can negatively impact battery life and performance. Throughout my use, animations were responsive and motion was fluid. It’s what we expect out of high-end flagship phones, and the Pixel does not disappoint. 📷 CAMERA QUALITY: Pixel 11 Pro continues to have a great camera system, even if it’s just an incremental advancement from the prior generation. The camera bar houses a 50MP 1/1.3” Main, a 48MP 123 degree Ultrawide, and a 48MP 1/2" 5x Telephoto. The front camera is a 42MP autofocus camera with a 103 degree FOV. As has been the case for recent Pixel phones, images are sharp, vibrant, and deliver excellent contrast. And with the newer Tensor G6 silicon, the image processing pipeline is faster than the previous generation, so you won’t be waiting a ton of time to view those fully processed high resolution stills. The optical zoom telephoto camera kicks in when you select 5x zoom in the camera app, and the 10x zoom will use a crop of the 48MP sensor. However, between 10x and 30x zoom, the Pixel uses a digital crop of the image leading to more noise and less detail. Under great lighting conditions, the resulting image may still be quite usable. Beyond 30x, you can download the “Pro Zoom” AI model which unlocks support for up to 120x zoom, but will use generative AI processing on a highly digitally cropped image to try producing something usable. This isn’t enabled by default, and it falls apart with smaller details like text and faces at such a distance, but it could be useful for capturing a photo from a utility perspective. From a photography or artistic perspective, the 120x zoom doesn’t yield a “photograph” but instead a generative AI interpretation of a collection of noisy pixels. Instant Night Sight is a new addition to the Pixel 11 Pro which allows you to capture low light photos without having to hold still for very long. You do have to enable Night Sight in the camera app, and also limit your image to a 12MP resolution to use “Instant” Night Sight, but this can be really valuable if you find yourself needing to take many photos in a low-light environment. It reduces the friction of having to wait, especially if what you’re trying to capture in low light is also in motion. 🎥 NOTABLE CAMERA FEATURES: Google has been leaning into generative AI much more in recent years with their magic eraser tool and the ability to “reimagine” photos. But the Pixel 11 Pro’s camera app doesn’t make AI features egregiously prominent, but they are generally useful. However, if you want to lean into generative AI, you can now edit photos through a prompt to Gemini in the cloud right from the Google Photos app. In my experience though, most edits I tried to make via prompting yielded pretty lackluster results. Thankfully, all the traditional offline editing features still remain available in the app as prominent features. A notable feature on Pixel 11 Pro is Magic Capture. It allows you to basically record a video at 1080p@30fps and will use AI to automatically capture key moments into photos. And if you turn on Video Boost before recording, you can record 4K 10-bit HDR quality for the video. During the recording process, you can manually capture moments with the press of a button, and even capture moments later by pausing the video and selecting “save as photo”. How this differs from just saving a photo from a normal video is that Magic Capture can use adjacent frames from key moments to reduce motion blur, combine exposures, determine the best framing, and reconstruct detail to produce a still image. In my experience, the stills produced by Magic Capture were higher resolution, while the ones created by “save as photo” were not nearly as crisp. I think this feature could be great for those who prefer to live in the moment and still get photos. Video creators also get new features like an auto-teleprompter that progresses as you speak, “projects” which organize your recorded videos into project directories and edit/combine them, a “social media grid” for the optimal framing for recording vertical format video, and speech enhancement to cut out unwanted background noise. Most casual Pixel users probably won’t make much use of these features, but several of these features can be quite useful for personal projects that never reach social media. And last but not least, Pixel 11 Pro introduces “Looks” which allow you to stylize your personal photo aesthetic to be consistent across all of your captures. There are 4 base looks to choose from which change how light is collected from the sensor and processed, and another 6 creative styles that you can apply on top of your selected Look. While I appreciate the artistic expression available in this feature, how to use it is poorly explained in the Pixel Camera app. 🔋 BATTERY: Pixel 11 Pro has a 4,850 mAh battery that Google claims can reach 30+ hours. It will of course depend on how you use it, but my experience has been great thus far with mostly mixed use of web browsing, email, chat apps, social media, YouTube, and the camera app. I’m able to get a full day of use, and charging overnight is all I need to get the most out of it during the day. In a pinch, it can charge to 55% in about 30 minutes when using a 30W USB-C PPS adapter. And for those who prefer wireless charging, Pixel 11 Pro supports 25W Qi 2.2 charging, so existing Qi 2 accessories should work at 15W while newer Qi 2.2 accessories should charge at a full 25W. 🧠 SOFTWARE / PERFORMANCE: The Pixel 11 Pro has remained very responsive during my testing. I didn’t experience any stutter, lag, or crashing. It takes much of what I liked about the Pixel 9 Pro and made some iterative improvements. However, there is a hidden caveat for this year’s base model—RAM. In addition to completely omitting a 128GB model altogether, this year’s 256GB model of the Pixel 11 Pro comes with only 12GB of RAM—down from the 16GB found on even the 128GB base models of the 9 Pro and 10 Pro. This means it may be less future-proof in some ways than its predecessor unless AI models become significantly more efficient on existing hardware. But compared to the prior 2 generations, it is certainly possible that you’ll experience more apps being killed in the background. But my experience thus far has been great, even with the 12GB of RAM. On performance—one thing that’s worth mentioning is that Google’s new Tensor G6 focuses on AI performance improvements and better efficiency. Google’s own marketing makes almost no mention of mobile gaming; rather, they sweep it under the rug. So if you want to play graphically intense games on Android, then the Pixel will likely disappoint as its graphics capabilities are significantly behind its competitors. 🧐 CONCLUSION: The Pixel 11 Pro is a great Android phone, but it arrives at a bit of a strange time. Sentiment around AI is declining, the RAM shortage is causing “shrinkflation” for the Pixel 11 Pro, and the improvements this year are largely incremental. If you’re coming from a much older phone, then it’s undoubtedly an awkward time to buy a Pixel phone. But if you don’t mind losing some RAM and not having a cheaper 128GB model, then there still is a lot to really like about the Pixel 11 Pro. But if you’re coming from a more recent Pixel 9 series phone, then my recommendation is to wait.

If you would have told me a year ago that I would be switching to - and loving – a smaller phone, I would have told you that you were crazy. After all, when faced with the same choice with the Pixel 10 series, I actually went back to my larger Pixel Pro 9 after reviewing the Pro 10, eventually opting for the Pro 10 XL when GoogleFi gave me a great deal. But there is something different about this phone that made me decide it would be my daily driver. The screen is basically the same as the 10 although maybe a bit brighter. And the RAM is actually less than in the Pro 10 (Pro 10 had 16gb where the Pro 11 is down to 12gb). But it just feels and runs better than the 10 ever did. Apps load and run faster. Screens are more fluid and scrolling is smoother. It feels better in the hand, and it looks better (the matching matte black edging looks great!) Whereas last time I kind of slogged through testing and couldn’t wait to get back to my ‘nice big screen’, this time I had used it for two days when I decided to factory reset my 10 XL. This was my new daily driver. It’s nice to have a phone that you can put in your pocket and forget it’s there until you need it. I watched a recent review of the Pixel 11 series by Marques Brownlee and while he didn’t have anything bad to say about the Pixels, he made the statement that it “isn’t an ‘enthusiast’s phone’” basically because it didn’t have outrageous specs or bleeding edge features. But I’d argue that it depends on how you define an enthusiast. I think Pixels in general and the 11 series specifically are without a doubt an enthusiast phone if you qualify an enthusiast as someone who actually puts their phone to work and uses it every day. Specs are meaningless if they can’t be put to work and leading-edge features mean nothing if they don’t contribute to your regular daily needs. I would trade 99% of the cool but useless features on some of the Chinese phones for simple call screening that works. And Pixel’s call screening has worked so well for me in the past year that I haven’t actually spoken to anyone that I didn’t plan to in a year now. (And that feature has only gotten better on the 11 series!) I have some nice digital cameras sitting in my closet now because the Pixel Pro cameras outdo any of the things I could do with them. And it’s always with me so I never miss a shot. Speaking of never missing a shot, the new Magic Capture mode is a game changer. Magic Capture is an AI-powered camera mode that automatically snaps and edits high-quality still photos while you record a video. ]Not only does it mean you won’t miss a great shot, but it also allows you to pay more attention to what’s going on around you. I see people all the time at events and shows, seeing the experience on a screen rather than living what’s in front of them because they don’t want to miss that perfect shot. Even though they reduced the resolution of the front camera (which to me makes sense because it’s just for selfies and video calls where your face is a foot from the lens anyway…) Google has improved the camera features and even added some great things for content creators. And more will come because Pixel phones get better throughout the years thanks to Pixel Feature Drops, not to mention 7 years of support and updates. Is a smaller phone for you? Maybe. That’s not for me to determine, everyone has different (and sometimes changing) needs. But if you’re asking if I would recommend the Pixel 11 series, I would say hands down yes, no matter what size you choose. I remain a Pixel Superfan.

The Google Pixel 11 Pro is not just an all new device, but an updated and refined version of the Pixel 10 Pro Restricting itself to incremental enhancements of the design and fundamental architecture that defined its previous swarm of flagship phones, Google's newest entry utilizes the Tensor G6 chip to boost efficiency, as well as its software offerings for a more sophisticated treatment now the base storage increased to 256GB from 128GB but the Ram is reduced to 12GB from 16GB. The Pixel 11 Pro is still very comfortable in hand and maintains the perfect form factor that is a breath of fresh air in a sea of oversized phablets. Both the front and rear of build it feature a durable aluminum frame with Gorilla Glass Victus 2.The camera bar has been slightly thinned with its bevel (but still not completely removed) and thereby it still remains sufficient to make the phone stay level while on a desk when placed horizontally. The 6.3 inch Super Actua LTPO OLED is beautiful with vibrant colours, up to 3,600 nits max brightness and comes with a variable refresh rate of 1Hz to 120Hz, Google has also added an enhanced anti-scratch coating that helps to resist everyday pocket wear as well. The Pixel 11 Pro is fueled by the new Tensor G6 processor, which offers promising performances when it comes to basic everyday functions, internet browsing and multi window multitasking. App launching speed is notably fast and background activities are handled well But gamers who rely on heavy games and want to use them to their full graphical capabilities might experience heat in the device during long periods of gaming as well as dropouts in frames. The generative AI capabilities of Google seem to have even become more subtle and well incorporated in this upgrade. The phone will be running the Android 17 operating system, which is committed to major OS updates for 7 years on the same device, and accomplishes basic assistant tasks on the device without any problems.New features such as the automatically generated high-resolution still photo Looks presets and Magic Capture, the automatic extraction of high resolution still images from a casual video recording without missing anything, are indeed useful without being gimmicky. The Pixel series has always been defined by its camera capabilities and with the Pixel 11 Pro, Google is only reaffirming its success in the field of computational photography you are presented with a more powerful triple camera system of 50MP Main sensor and a 48MP ultrawide sensor and a more updated 48MP periscope telephoto with 5x optical zoom that will have a larger sensor for sharper low light photos. Daylight exhibits rich detail, pleasing natural background blur and good colors. When shooting in low-light, its a huge advantage to have quicker processing times. In terms of digital zoom, it is the power of AI processing that allows the shots to be so useable during casual sharing while far away. The Pixel 11 Pro series HiLight is an interesting addition which makes notifications more visual and discreet. The display or sound can be replaced by a light around the camera area to signal some notifications and interactions. One of the more usefull feature is the convenience to assign different colors to your favorite contacts so that This can make it possible to know who is calling even if you dont immediately answer the phone. The integration with Gemini also provides another function the lights will change color to show if Gemini is listening, processing, or responding. HiLight however is still somewhat a limited feature. It relies on the number of notifications and applications that will use it and some people might not appreciate yet another visual notification system. It also seems to be a convenience rather than something that would substantially affect how the phone is used. There has been no significant increase in battery life or charging.Another area of mixed feelings is battery performance Out of the 4,850 mAh battery, the device seems to offer decent all day battery life for average users, though the battery may run out by late evening overall endurance is about the same as the last generation, though slightly more efficient processor. Charging using wired limits the charging speed to 30W, and also includes faster Qi2 magnetic wireless charging of 25W which is ok. The Google Pixel 11 Pro doesn't flip its rulebook, just that it does a little touch up job on pretty much all the bits of the rule book for a company that has a history of solid and stylish devices, the Pixel 11 Pro is a well rounded Android flagship device that appeals to those who prioritize a nearly unreachable level of excellence in photography, software support, and AI features.

I upgraded from a Pixel 9 Pro XL. I was on the fence about going with just smaller screen on the Pro but ultimately decided to go with the smaller Pro. The device feels great in the hand and is slim even with a case on it. Apps and the OS run much smoother, the phone seems cooler and the QI2 charging is a great upgrade from the Pixel 9s. The cameras are improved from my 9ProXL. The battery life seems better than what I had on the 9 Pro XL after a week of using the phone. My only issue is that while using a PixelSnap case, my old Pixel Stand (2nd Gen) doesn't reliably charge the phone. This seems to be more of a limitation of the charger than the phone as I had the same issue with my Pixel 9 Pro XL when I used a dbrand ghost case with the magnets. Switching to a qi2 charger fixes that. Overall, happy with the upgrade and going down in screen size has made the phone feel more pocketable and has not been an issue for me.

The Pixel 11 Pro is an incredibly capable device, pairing a top tier hardware design with equally capable system and application software. Setup The Pixel 11 Pro includes a 3 meter USB-C cable, and a small booklet with the usual safety and compliance information and a link to the Google support website. If you don't already have a charger and USB-C cable that supports full speed charging, the Pixel 11 Pro requires a USB-C Power Delivery (USB-PD) charger supporting Programmable Power Supply (PPS) at 30W or higher and up to 45W for maximum wired fast-charging speeds. It was incredibly easy to transition from a Samsung Galaxy S10 to the Pixel 11 Pro. With both phones fully charged and sitting next to each other with the S10 powered up, the Pixel 11 Pro guided me through the setup process when it was powered on. It quickly found and connected to the S10 and automatically migrated all data and files, including phone logs, text messages, carrier SIM data and WiFi passwords. The only default behavior I changed was to disable automatic backup to my Google account. Apps were automatically installed from the Google Play Store, and the eSIM was set up and activated without a trip to the local phone store. This took about 30 minutes, at which point I was left with face and fingerprint enrollment, and restoring my home screen application icon layout. Hardware The The Pixel 11 Pro uses Google's new Tensor G6, an SoC that integrates seven core processors, an AI tensor processor to enable on-device AI processing and learning, camera and image signal processing, graphics processing, and more. There are 256GB, 512GB and 1TB storage options, with 12GB RAM in the 256GB model and 16GB RAM in the other two models. The performance is stellar. The phone is very responsive, and nothing has felt in any way sluggish. The Pixel 11 Pro also uses a Titan M3 security chip that works with the Tensor G6 to support post-quantum cryptography and secure boot. The phone has a 42MP front camera, and a triple rear camera system with a 50MP main camera, a 48MP ultrawide camera and a 48MP 5x telephoto camera with 120x pro zoom through image signal and AI processing. Without enabling 120x pro zoom which requires local AI processing, the telephoto camera is limited to 30x super res zoom based on image signal processing. Going past 30x zoom requires the Pro Zoom generative AI package, which the camera app will prompt you to download and install when you first go past 30x zoom. The AI package require a little over 1GB storage, and consumes RAM resources only when it is actively being used past 30x zoom in the camera app. The Pixel 10 Pro supports standard 5G, 5G mmWave, and 4G LTE network bands, with legacy support for UMTS (3G) and GSM bands. It also supports WiFi 7, Bluetooth 6 and NFC. Its WiFi 7 interface easy delivers the 500Mbps supported by my internet service. The 6.3" screen is extremely sharp and bright at 3600 peak nits, and includes an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. It's nice to not have difficulty seeing the screen when outdoors in daylight. The fingerprint sensor and facial recognition through the front camera have both worked reliably. There are three built-in microphones located at the device bottom, top, and rear, which support stereo audio recording. Considering the size limitations and the absence of any kind of a resonant cavity for bass response, the Pixel 11 Pro's stereo speakers sound very good. Google specifies 30+ hours of battery life (4850/5115 mAh) for the Pixel 11 Pro with charging up to 75% in 30 minutes, and support for 25W Pixelsnap charging. Software The quality and quantity of software for the Pixel 11 Pro is remarkable. The Android operating system and Google applications are great. Applications such as Camera, Photos, Messages and Phone are a bit more complicated and much more capable than their counterparts on other platforms I've used. My one and only gripe so far is that the Google Files app doesn't support creation of custom home screen shortcuts for individual local files. Happily there are other file manager apps that do. The low level software supporting hardware features like advanced image processing is phenomenal. Magic Capture mode allows a video and photos to be captured simultaneously. The camera app appearance and controls can be customized. The 30x and 120x zoom modes are very impressive, as are the video image stabilization and low light capabilities. With the Tensor G6 there is support for Gemini Nano, allowing AI processing to run locally on the Pixel 11 Pro. Features like audio transcription and text summarizing work without an internet connection and without sending data to a cloud-based AI server. The list of AI-based features and capabilities is impressive, from things like proactive assistance and automation to using the Pixel 11 Pro as a personal AI assistant. The Pixel 11 Pro supports Quickshare/AirDrop compatibility allowing file transfers to/from an iPhone, and supports tap to share allowing contacts, photos, videos and more to be shared with nearby Android devices. It also includes personal safety features such as VPN by Google, theft protection, satellite SOS and car crash detection. If you tend to keep your phone at least 4 or 5 years, you'll appreciate that the Pixel 11 Pro comes with 7 years of OS, Pixel Drop and security updates. Summary My overall impression of the Pixel 11 Pro is incredibly positive and I don't have anything very negative to say about it. I've aired my one small grievance with the Files app. I wish it were less expensive including storage upgrades and that all models came with 16GB of RAM, but unfortunately today's RAM and SSD supply/demand situation are strong drivers of pricing. So far I have not seen any indications that 12GB RAM is a performance limiter or forces apps to be closed. The Pixel 11 Pro has been a complete pleasure to use and I don't see how I could be much happier with it. It is solid, stable and responsive, with a rich, capable and useful set of features to explore. This particular phone in the canyon color with gold trim seems to appear frequently in ads and is really beautiful. If you're considering a phone in this class, the Pixel 11 Pro will not disappoint and should definitely make your short list.

The Google Pixel 11 Pro is a flagship quality device packed with Gemini Features. Immediately after unboxing I appreciated the overall build quality and the use of sustainable materials in the device and plastic free packaging. The aluminum frame felt smooth in hand and all edges were highly polished. The screen is made from Victus 2 Gorilla glass and coated with both scratch and finger print resistant coatings. The phone felt heftier than expected, given it’s size, but remains comfortable to hold / use throughout the day. Setup was quick and transferring my phone plan, apps, and accounts from my old device was straight forward. The Google Pixel 11 Pro uses an eSim, so there is no need to physically transfer cards between devices. Simply follow the on-screen prompts and the transfer process will initiate and complete automatically. It honestly couldn’t have been simpler. After the quick setup, the responsiveness was immediately noticeable. Every interaction was effortless. App launches were nearly instant and navigating menus, screens, switching between portrait and landscape, exploring settings, etc. felt fluid and lag free. The Google Pixel 11 Pro features a 42MP Front and a pro-level triple rear camera system (50MP main camera, a 48MP ultrawide, and a 5x telephoto lens with up to 30x mechanical / 120x digital zoom). I was genuinely impressed by the overall picture quality and color accuracy. The Pixel 11 Pro consistently delivered sharp, true to life and vibrant photos. It performed exceptionally well even in low light conditions. With my previous device, night shots required holding perfectly still as even the slightest movement would result in grainy or unusablely blurry photos. With the Pixel 11 Pro, its an entirely different experience. Instant Night Sight captured crisp and detailed photos in the blink of an eye. I was surprised at how well it captured texture and highlights I didn't even realize were there. Instant Night Sight is definitely one of the most noticeable upgrades on this device. True to Google’s form, Gemini sits at the center of the Pixel 11 Pro experience, not intrusive, but there when you need/want it. The Gemini experience is definitely more refined on the Pixel 11, than I’ve previously experienced. It handled daily tasks, offered timely suggestions and daily summaries without getting in the way. One feature I especially like is the Rambler text to speech function. Most simply dictate word for word; Rambler however, let me ramble through my thoughts, make corrections in the moment, add details as I thought of them. It then translated that jumbled mess of thoughts into a clean readable message. It’s the first time a text to speech engine actually understood what I meant, not just what I happened to say. The Pixel 11 Pro claims 30+ hour battery life, but based on my usage seems to be closer to 20 hours with moderately heavy use. Rapid/Extreme charging works well, but requires the device to be below 50% in order to activate. I understand that this restriction is to prolong battery lifetime, but personally it would have been nice to be able to activate this feature at higher battery levels for quick top-off’s before heading out for the day. All in all, the Pixel 11 Pro is a definite upgrade over previous versions and it has finally convinced me to move away from my previous platform that I’ve used for over a decade

I have had a few days with the phone but I really love it, especially coming from an iPhone. The phone is really polished and the hardware and software is all cohesive kind of like iPhone and iOS. I like how clean Android is on the Pixel, I can remove any apps I don't like or disable them. Also as someone who like's tinkering, I really love how open Google is with their firmware and how easy it is to unlock the boot loader if I ever needed to. I love the back glass on the phone, how smooth it feels, also that it has the magsafe magnets so it works with my existing accessories. I also like how they have an AirDrop feature that allows me to send stuff to iPhone users without having them download an app or send thru messages or other apps. I like the display fingerprint sensor, looks like its an ultrasonic one and its kinda trippy getting used to but it just works and pretty quickly too, I just tap my finger and the phone is unlocked just like that! I also like how customization Android is and can really turn the phone into mine. The battery has also been great so far, I get at least 6 hours a day of screen time in all sorts of apps and I am still left with battery at the end of the day. I wouldn't be surprised if it lasted 2 days or even 3 if I was more conservative with my use. Overall I really like the phone and believe its a great phone especially for someone who is switching over from iPhone and does not want something like a Samsung.

At first I was skeptical about buying this phone, it looked similar to the previous model (10), had similar specs, and looked like there was no reason to upgrade. Coming from a Pixel 9a however, the difference is night and day, sub hourly charges became only needing one charge throughout the day with heavy streaming. The screen isn't as impressive as I would've liked, it's still FHD+, but it gets the job done. The processor on paper does seem underpowered, but it's whole gimmick is centered around AI, the camera takes beautiful pictures, records videos at whatever resolution you set it to and looks equally as good, the zoom is phenomenal too, even better than Samsung's. However, it's all ran through AI and enhanced, you can turn it off but it is turned on by default and it gives you the original photo as well as the enhanced one. AI is so deeply integrated, it's almost like the ads they showed online, if someone's texting you trying to make plans, it checks your calendar to confirm your availability (assuming you use the calendar on the phone), supplies a writing tool that proofreads whatever you have typed and will offer suggestions to correct it. Gemini requests permission to access your phone and apps, so if you speak to it and ask if for ticket prices on Ticketmaster for example, it will request permission to access the app and will scan the events you asked for, so you can gauge if the prices are something even looking at yourself. All in all, if you use the AI assistant then it literally makes things easier on you as there's still more I've yet to uncover, but if you use it as an everyday phone or for the camera, with it without the AI enhancements, it's still very capable and fantastic, especially if you like the Pixel ecosystem.

Very sleek Love the color options. It was between the Canyon and Olive for me, and I chose the Canyon. The phone build and quality is very nice and feels the same and nearly identical size to the Pixel 9 Pro (my previous phone), but the 11 Pro screen seems to pick up my fingers better. Being a Pixel, the UI/UX is the same so the learning curve is near zero. There are new features to learn with the camera settings and few other tricks throughout, but it's still a Pixel. I LOVE the camera!!! The new zoom is fantastic, and grouped with the editing functions I think this is the best phone camera I have ever had. Pictures can be tweeted to perfection, or altered with a preferred artistic flare. The magic capture is fun! I tried it twice to see which shots it decided to grab as pictures. They were ok, but the best part was being able to pause the video where I wanted and grab a picture. Then I took one of those pictures and did AI enhancement, and then zoom enhance, they details in the end result were amazing. Then I took that picture and and used Google Create to turn it into an oil painting. It was awesome!! The new update changed the way my icons look, but I don't mind the subtle change. The speaker is a little less hollow sounding which is nice. It doesn't hurt my ears so much. I have no complaints about this phone. This is my third Pixel Pro starting with the 8 Pro, 9 Pro, and now 11 Pro. So far this one feels the most polished and meaningful updates. Not a big fan of the Pixel line getting rid of the physical SIM card slot and requiring eSIM only (I know that started with the 10 series). There is a QR code to start the transfer process even going from a Physical SIM to an eSIM with the transfer. I cannot comment on that process as Mint Mobile does not work with that feature, but it was easy to do it via Mint Mobile directly and I had my eSIM setup in no time. According to Gemni, Google Fi is the only MVNO at the time of writing that can utilize the SIM Transfer Tool, but the main carriers (AT&T, TMo, & Verizon) can.

I came from upgrading from a Pixel 7 to now the Pixel 11 Pro. And yes, there is an astronomic difference between the two if you still have an old Pixel phone. First, the processing and battery life has extended very much, the smoothness of the interface is highly reliable, camera and picture taking are phenomenal, and so far there has been no hardware or software issues. It's a great phone and I love it so far. I always been a big fan of the Google Pixels. Its sleek design is stylish, and the color selection is very comforting. I highly recommend this phone.

Super impressed with the Pixel 11 Pro. It’s fast, smooth, and incredibly easy to use. The camera quality is excellent, the display looks amazing, and the battery easily gets me through the day. I also love the Canyon color—it looks even better in person. Setup was simple and everything feels polished and premium. Definitely one of the best phones I’ve owned and I’d recommend it without hesitation.

Coming from a pixel 9 pro, Best Buy had a better pre-order upgrade deal for me than google ($200 Best Buy gift card + $500 trade-in), so I got a last-gen watch 4 for essentially free. I'm very glad google is making a 6.1" premium phone, the pro XL is far too big. The 11 pro feels quite a bit snappier than the 9 pro in my day to day use. I was worried that the lower amount of ram would be an issue, but I haven't noticed any impact so far. I don't use gemini, but they're pushing it very hard, and it's been annoying to avoid it. The cameras are super clean and crisp, with the exception of the highest zoom level when the AI-enhancement fabricates some nonsense in the image. It does save both the AI and non-AI manipulated images. The pixelsnap (magsafe) charger is convenient to use, and charges quickly as long as the phone isn't warm. They are heavily throttling the charging if the phone is 36 degrees C, and disabling wireless charging when it's over 41 - which means that it's virtually impossible to charge in the car in Texas during summertime. The modem does seem to be better than the 9 pro (runs cooler), and general battery efficiency seems to be good. The pixel pro phones are pretty easy to like for day to day use.

Let's face it. The average Pixel owner is, generally, not a 'power user'- meaning their phone is not their sole source of entertainment and is, more likely, interested in some web browsing, taking pictures and having a phone with effective call screening, all in an intuitive environment, whether by voice or finger. I think this particular Pixel does all this very well. I upgraded from an 8a and I'm really appreciating the extended battery life (a solid 40% for my use, minimum) and the enhanced camera and video abilities. Voice commands are responsive (for me, at any rate) and the transition from old phone to new was seamless. Love the looks, in olive, as well as the display. There's still a lot of features I've yet to tap into, but so far, so good. As for the new HiLight function, I'm going to ASSUME that the functionality will greatly improve with future updates. Regarding playing the latest, cutting edge, phone games? Don't bother. Like I implied before, if I wanted to play a digital game, I would turn on my gaming desktop PC. It just not that type of phone. As much as I'm enjoying this phone, I can only give it 4 stars. HOWEVER, I would give any new phone no higher than 4 stars. In a normal consumer environment, memory and electronics would not be as expensive or scarce as they are today. There you have it. A very good upgrade for me, maybe not so much for others. My recommendation is entirely conditional, depending on what kind of user you are.

Better battery with adaptive overnight charging. Camera functions worth the upgrade from Samsung to Google. Good integration with the Google Watch. Scrolling through the apps better layout from the Samsung. trade in made it worth it.
