I was excited to get the new Pixel 3xl as it supposedly has one of the best cameras. Sadly the phone has been glitchy with certain functions not working such as Bluetooth and the camera. I never had such issues with previous phones. Maybe I just got a lemon? Reaching out to best buy to see what I can do.

Phone worked great for two weeks before the microphone died. Tried bringing it back to Best Buy and was told that I was 1 day beyond the two week return policy and it would need to go in for warranty. Returned it to Google and 1 week later was sent a refurbished phone. Paid full price for a new phone and after two weeks ended up with a used phone. Very disappointed with Best Buy and Google.

Very unsatisfied with the receipt. I can't get reimbursed from my insurance company because it didn't provide store information or MEID numbers. Very disappointed with the purchase and will be sending it back tomorrow.

this pixel 3xl is the best phone out I returned my note 9 128 gig to get this pixel 3xl as Samsung is just putting way to much gimmicks in there phones and another thing its nice to know that when android does another update you will get it asap the unlocked note 9 was the last one to receive the update and that's horrible. The camera on the note 9 was just ok this pixel 3xl is amazing camera and front display speakers are the best!!! 4gigs of ram is plenty if the software is right and this is no needless gimmicks if you want a great phone that just works and want stock android get this phone !!!

This is my third Pixel phone. These are the issues I'm unhappy with after using the phone for less than a year: 1. Does not like to connect to car. Most of the time, when it does connect, the microphone does not connect. So, I can you but you can't hear me and I have to switch to speaker. Not good while driving. 2. Bad connection and echos too often. Particularly bad when on speaker, or on the charger during a phone call. As I have tinnitus, this is an issue as speaker calls are the most comfortable for me. Turning off the VPN service seems to help, but then security is lost. 3. Burn in on the screen. Less than a year and I have shadow circles all over from the icons. 4. Camera is not true to color inside. All the software is geared toward selfies and outdoor vacation shots. As I use this mostly for indoor photos taken of inanimate objects, the color shifts are highly aggravating. None of the preset adjustments well for this as they are geared toward 'warmth', getting true greens and blues are near impossible. (Clothing, antiques, vintage paper goods, etc.) 5. Poor battery life. I have to charge the phone more than once a day - the only phone I've had that requires that. 6. Phone gets quite warm with apps - Yahtzee can make the phone downright uncomfortable to hold. 7. Nitpik: Why do they insist on putting the phone call mute button where I'm apt to hit it with my thumb? Even off speaker, I've muted people just holding it to my ear. Make the phone icons movable or stick in a corner. My Pixel 2XL went to a sibling (with similar habits) and is going strong with no issues - no burn in, no echoes, longer battery life, doesn't get hot, truer color values on photos. What I like: Fast recharge on battery. Beautiful display.

I think I love most about this phone is the camera is superb! I owned galaxies prior to purchasing this phone and I was always disappointed that when I tried to take pictures of my kids they always came out blurry. I do not have that problem with this phone at all. there are so many different modes and settings that I can always get the perfect picture. It is fast, reliable, and a good size - not too bulky not too small. The only downfall is that the screen is very fragile. I had a screen protector and a case on it and when it fell off my lap the corner of the screen cracked. I have never had a phone crack before and my phones have taken some pretty severe falls, so I was pretty disappointed about that.
