Waited for ever for this phone. Best buy never has answer s about what they sell. Ever.... I paid for overnight shipping and did not come for 2 months. Then had to cancel bc price changed. That's a good thing but best buy has no clue.

Bought in early February and yesterday when I plugged into the charger the battery emblem came up on the screen with a question mark instead of the charging symbol. The battery percentage is stuck on 50%. I Googled it and there's a bunch of hits and Google's solution is to send the phone in for a technician to look at it. Given my profession, being without the phone for an indeterminate amount of time is not possible. Oh, and just before the battery issue started, the phone chirped loudly and just shut down.

The other features are nothing special and nothing unique about the phone especially since it does not come with headphones or anything extra so not worth full price.

I upgraded from the pixel 2 xl to the 4xl and I wish I didn't. The got rid of the fingerprint scan which was the dumbest thing to do. There are pretty much 0 apps that support the face recognition where almost all of them used the fingerprint. There is no home or back button and though the camera is an upgrade, it's disappointing compared to the new iPhone. Save your money and don't buy this phone.

I work on a computer all day, really didn't want one with me 24/7 but this works. If you want to be constantly connected, this perfect.

No sd card slot.. other than that phone seems pretty good overall. Fits hand nicely. Nice features.

Purchased my device on the 24th of January, online. The device arrived the next day on the 25th. I go into a local Best Buy store on February 8th(exaclty two weeks of owning the device) to return the device and they decline my return as its passed the 14 day return policy. Mind you I had it in my possession for 14 days. How does this make any sense? I've called over a hand full of times and always get mixed answers from "Yes they will take it back come on down" to "We will call you back" and NEVER hear from them AGAIN!. DO yourself a favor and NEVER buy from this place again. Only a matter of time till they turn into Sears and tank. *Updates* Reached out to Best Buy support on twitter and they also recognize the shady return policy and once they see the proof there response is "Unfortunately, at this moment there will be no further recourse on this matter"

It was decent when I first purchased it, but it has gotten worse. I don't like the functionality and it has had problems freezing up. Battery was great the first year but it has significantly reduced in life

Super super average you might love it so much you should buy it.

Lack of assistance from Best Buy associate. Stopped to talk to someone else before my download. Iniated myself. Zero time spent reviewing operation of my phone, not even how to open the phone.

It’s good but it freezes sometime and doesn’t have headphone jack but beside that it’s comparable to Samsung
