I'm writing this review using Pixel 4a. What a great phone for the perfect price. Pixel 4a got a great camera, good screen, great OS. Overall I recommend this phone to anyone who is looking for a smart phone. Why buy $1000 phone when you can get similar feature in budget phone. The battery lasts a full day with normal usage. My normal usage would be Couple of hours of calls, couple of hours of YT, couple of hours of browsing also record videos. Please note I use bluetooth headphones so take that into consideration. Overall I'm really satisfied with the phone and recommend to my friend's. Only -ve was the buying exp , as I didn't get $50 discount even after having Sprint service.

The phone is a little small. Put a case on it and it is the perfect size. Battery life is good. Great price. Great camera. Android runs great on it, really smooth.

Excellent mid-tier budget phone. The price is great for everything you receive. Unless you play graphic intense games, you won't notice any slowdown with this phone. It handled everything thrown at it as well as the high end phones. Only negative is no wireless charging and the speakers are a little low, but not deal breakers for me.

After having this for a decent amount of time I really like it. The battery life is good and it takes awesome pictures for a budget phone. I'm not super into flexing every muscle a phone has so you may get more from this than I did, I just wanted a decent camera without dropping a grand or getting one on a 400 yr payment plan. My wife doesn't like using it for what it's worth but it is very different than her super cheap lg so that might have something to do with it. You probably wont impress your friends, but you will impress your wallet.

So, I have had this phone for a few days now, and I am really impressed with it. In my area, no store within 100 miles had this phone brand new, however, one store did have it open-box in perfect condition, so I went ahead and bought it. I am coming from a Pixel 3 and was excited to get the 4a. This being one of Google's "budget" phones, there are obviously some trade-offs...But, all in all, this is a really wonderful phone. PROS: -Battery life (Beyond impressive. I've gone almost 26 hours on one charge). -Camera (again, the selling point of any Google device) -Speed (though it has a slower processor than the previous models, it is snappy and with 6GB of RAM, it gets the job done) -Charging time (goes from 1% to 100% in about 45-50 minutes on fast charging). -Easy to hold with one hand -Fingerprint reader is 99% accurate CONS: -No wireless charging...which really sucks, because I own a Pixel Stand, and really enjoyed using it on my Pixel 3. -Lackluster design. This phone is nice, but it just looks so boring...but, this shouldn't bother you if the aesthetics don't matter to you. -The Rear Camera design. They tried to make this look like the Pixel 4, with the square camera on the back, but it looks awful...especially when it has just ONE LENS & a FLASH! It just looks weird. -Can take some apps an extra few seconds to do things, but unless you're a hardcore power user, this shouldn't bother you at all. I barely noticed the lag myself. If I notice anything else, I will update my review. I am really happy with this device. I wished Google would have done some things differently but in the end, I am very happy with this purchase.

I have been using iOS for about 6 years and with the same phone, an iphone 6s. This phone is roughly the same size but a bit less weight, so it was an easy ergonomic switch - I don't like big phones. It's much faster than my previous, phone of course, and android OS is as intuitive as ever. This phone is easily rooted and can run custom ROMs, so that's another plus. The camera hole punch in the front screen is barely noticeable. It's a great phone and price if you don't want something giant in your pocket/purse.

The Pixel 4a cannot be beat for the price, although as I write this in 2022, a newer, updated version might be around the corner. It takes great pictures and the speed is more than enough. I would have trouble justifying paying more than double of the cost of the P4a for a competing top tier phone given its performance. There are better/faster phones up there, but in my view not necessarily worth having at 2x the price.

Everything about the phone is adequate. The phone is perfect size, light and easily pocketable. The battery stays all day long. The rear plastic feels little cheap, but the phone is inexpensive. The screen does not get very bright for my taste. Good camera, mediocre video. You can overwhelm the phone with apps. But there are a ton of great features, like call on hold, low light photos etc. The e-sim programming is very easy. Will recommend to anyone looking for low/mid range phone.

I purchased this phone in January. But wanted to wait and see how I'll like this phone and longevity until I make an review. I saw alot of videos on YouTube about this phone. I got sick and tired of having an Samsung. So I got this phone. I love it. It's fast. Camera is great quality. Fast charge time. Features are amazing. It's size isn't too bulky for a phone. Overall, I think it's a good budget phone. Only thing I wish it had was face recognition.

This has got to be the best value for the price. Really good screen, great camera very good size especially for one handed use and putting it in your pocket. I came from a pixel 4 which I really loved and traded that in for a samsung galaxy s20 fe. Used that for a couple of days and immediately missed using a pixel phone. It's great that this one is very affordable and it's almost like using my old pixel 4 but with longer lasting battery and larger screen.

eople online have said that the build is less premium. Everyone places a case and screen protector on their phones so how much does that really matter? -Pure Android experience - this is a big selling point -works awesome -good sized device, feels right - great camera - price is awesome, I've paid more for smartphones and didn't get a device of this calibur - sets the bar for Smartphones

I got a Google pixel 4a in replacement to an iphone 11 because I missed something that was portable and had a long battery life. The pixel was right for me as it has a long lasting battery, is portable, and is capable of taking beautiful photos. There's not much to complain as I absolutely loved the screen size and it's features. If you're looking for something durable and mid price, the Google pixel 4a is right for you.

I can't believe how good this phone is. I bought the 4A because i had broken my Pixel 4 and with the holidays coming up didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on a phone, well color me surprised this phone is awesome its fast takes great pictures and after the software gets a feel for how you use it the battery last all day as well. For $350 im awestruck I will never buy another companies flag ship again.

This phone is a welcome change to my previous LG ThinQ. In about 20 months my wife went through 3 ThinQ's and I had 2, all of which had major battery issues. This Pixel 4a has much better battery life so far, the camera is tons better, and it is more compact with a great feel. And it is less expensive to boot! Have has it only a month, but so far I love it. No 5G, but I'm very happy so far.

I switched from a Pixel 2 XL to this guy, and I knew there would be things I'd get and lose at the same time. The biggest thing I got from this was a reduction in size, and while most phones are trying to be "bigger and better", I'm actually really glad to see a smaller phone out on the market. My pocket can't fit a larger phone at this point. An increased Internal memory and a more efficient battery helps tremendously, and while the camera doesn't feel like it's changed much, I'm not a photomaniac, so it doesn't bother me. Haven't had any software bugs, issues or any real complaints, aside from Android 11 locking me out of corporate wireless. This isn't the same as normal wi-fi, but many companies have a lazy authentication method for their corporate wireless setup and Android 11 is doing a hard stand against that, so be warned that if you switch over to Android 11 you may lose access to WiFi at your company. (With so many people working from home however the situation is very dependent)

I had an original Pixel XL and absolutely loved the device. However, Google stopped providing support and software updates and I had no choice but to upgrade. I purchased an unlocked Pixel 4a from Best Buy and I love this device. Great speed, great screen, and great camera. The battery last me a full day with normal use. I highly recommend this device to any android fan!

They (Google) have truly out done themselves with this device. given the price ($349) you would assume you would be getting a mediocre phone but trust me when I tell you, you'll be pleasantly surprised. The camera, battery life, storage, and overall functionality this phone has is all I need for my day to day life/usage. I highly recommend this for your kid or any first time phone user.

For the price it can't be beat. (Stock) Android 11, 128gb storage, great camera, solid battery. It could be a little more responsive and maybe have a few more bells and whistles, but again it's an unlocked $300 phone that matches last year's premium phone specs. Maybe I should have waited for the 5g version but I needed a new phone ASAP and this checked all the boxes. Overall I am satisfied.
