    Very very small... I love the phone's features, but the unit is tiny. I can't wait for the upgrade. I really needed another phone and I'm in love with the Google series right now. So I'm going to give them another shot.

    Texting issues from day one

    Wanted another pixel to replace my aging Pixel 3, but the new Pixel 6 was going to be too big. The Pixel 5 seemed to be exactly what I was looking for which is why I paid full original retail price on a phone that has already been discontinued. Anyways....... Got everything copied to the 5 (was super easy using the built-in tool) and got it activated. Calls and texts worked both ways, seemed to have no issues. Unfortunately this device suffers from the same problem at my Pixel 3 developed later in life. Texts that were sent to me after I turned my device off for the night do NOT come through once I turn it back on. After spending 2 hours with Verizon tech support, they told me to not turn my phone off, use their text messaging app, and/or to buy a different phone. Not sure if the problem is on Verizon's end, or the device. In the end it doesn't matter since you can't have one without the other.

    My service is terrible my phone is constantly hanging up on people. This phone is supposed to have 5g. It doesn't. Also when it's on speaker phone it sounds terrible. I'm actually very annoyed

    Went in to buy an unlocked phone, was sold a locke

    Went in to buy an unlocked phone, find out when I'm out of country that they sold me a locked phone. Fortunately it was to my carrier in the U.S., but now I am outside the country with a phone I can't use. The product itself is great (whichever carrier you choose wouldn't change that), but I am writing this review to warn people. This seems to be a common incident looking it up online. Be warry wehn purchasing phones from Best Buy.

    Wasn't a fan of this phone. Battery life is very bad when using several applications for business. Returned it for Samsung S21+

    The camera was supposedly the big upgrade for this model, and I am very dissatisfied with the photos. They are nowhere near as good as my previous Pixel 3. They are super grainy. I have been a loyal Pixel user since the Pixel 1, but I do not plan to buy one again.

    Having several issues with this brand new phone and Google support is not helpful. Unfortunately, for THE FIRST TIME I didn't buy the warranty. Just my luck

    Bought a 5 in June of '21. Worked well until last week and then turned into a brick after accomplishing a recommended Android 12 software update. Difficult experience after that working with google "support" to get anything done. Still waiting on them to get back to me on a warranty refund. Looks like I'm switching to iPhone wish me luck.
