Nothing negative about Best Buy 1 on 1 or service. You can't say anything good about a product, especially when it's a brand first, if the battery is a dud. NO!

Some nice features, cel signal terrible, missed calls, dropped call, unable to make calls

I pre-ordered my pixel 6 pro from Verizon and got it on day one at first I was impressed but by the end of the day I was disappointed. Google does have some qc issues. My display was off centered towards the right. When you look at a phone close to your face it's annoying to see the bezel on the left was thicker than on the right. The screen is good but a brighter screen for outdoors would be better. I mean it's good enough but it's definitely not Samsung levels of bright. Even my old OnePlus 7T was brighter. Cameras are really good from what I can tell so far. I don't really ever shoot video and I don't take a lot of pictures but I like what I see so far for cameras. The software is good though I have a few gripes with stock android. A 5 by 5 grid is the max. That's dumb. I prefer 5 wide and 6 rows. It defeats the purpose of stock android if you run nova launcher just for a bigger grid size. I hate the the scrolling wallpaper and there's no way to disable it. You can use Nova launcher but again, defeats the purpose of stock android. And lastly, this is the biggest issues for me. The phone does not feel as premium as it should for a $900+ phone. It feels and sound hollow. When you tap on the screen it feels like plastic. And you hear and feel what seems like a hollow phone. I know it's not really hollow but it looks and feels like garbage, like a $300 phone. It begs the question to me how durable will it be over 2 or 3 years. I feel like the frame inside the phone must be very minimal and cheap. I also get the feeling like the screen might flex ever so slight. Now I haven't really noticed that because I'm not going to put pressure on my screen and risk breaking it. But as far as the feel and quality of the hardware I am really disappointed. So much so that I'm probably going to return the phone.

Excellent phone. Lots to like. Read between the lines on the breathless reviews though. Fancy camera functions are more AI software associated with Google photos more than the phone's cameras...and beware, we discovered that Google is crippling the deal with storage on this model (no longer unlimited, auto deletes after 60 days, etc). The transfer software from old phone is flawed - I was tempted to return the phone after the half as_transfer mangled folders and didn't move everything. After some time and effort, We're starting to get it worked out and we like Android 12. Sucks that Google canceled Dec big fixes though.

Very good phone. It arrived on the scheduled date. Jackson, the store clerk, was very helpful, courteous, informative, polite and pleasant.

This phone was a 5 star phone right up until the screen cracked. I literally read an article about spontaneous screen cracks on the Pixel 6 Pro in the morning and in the afternoon noticed the cracks running from a corner. My phone has never been dropped and is in an Otter Box case with an additional film screen protector. Check Reddit and the AndroidPolice for more info on this manufacturing or design problem. Don't buy this until Google announces a fix.
