Camera broke internally, Google refused to fix

Popped up "camera overheating, shut off camera" so I did. Next day noticed cracks when using camera but no damage to phone. Contacted Google, they said I must have physically damaged it and there is no way it was a component failure. After their refusal to repair it I searched online and they have had overheating issues with the 5 due to the app and also there are multiple other people having this same issue, even saw a news article about it so its happening more than people know. If you are going to use the camera, get a different phone because this one breaks sitting on your nightstand.

I am an x-ray tech, working in an area with lead lined walls. Even in that environment my messages send quickly. Everything on this phone responds quickly which is quite a change from my last phone, a z flip. It's large but personally I like the size. I have no issues with battery life. Lasts all day with no problem. Nice phone.

My first day of use was moderate-to-heavy as usual. I picked up the phone at 05:15, went to bed about 21:45 and had 69% battery left. The display is so vibrant. It was super simple to swap everything from my S10 in about 45 minutes. I put a TPU screen saver on the front, tempered glass on the rear cameras. Responsiveness is like it was naked. Fingerprint scanner is instantaneous. I have not one thing negative to say about this phone. Google took this phone yard!

The only thing I would suggest is that I wish I could organize my apps in folders instead of all being on the back page other than that the phone has been great

Phone turned of in the middle of important webex interview. Google sent me a replacement however I've been without a phone for 2 weeks. Borrowing busted LG G8 WHICH Handles THE MEETINGS FLAWLESSLY. I wish i could get my money back.
