Nice phone. Read the reviews and take some with a grain of salt. Can get warm if you are on it for a couple of hours but not as bad as I read. Quick response looking stuff up. Still learning about some of the goodies I can do. Phone volume could be louder but speakers are good. Glad I brought unlocked phone for $285 at best buy and not from Verizon.

I did not buy this device for myself but rather my mother that does not speak english and is not tech savy. However, the low rating is given due to the issues my mother has had to deal with since receiving this device. My only criticism being that is not old people friendly due to either software/hardware bugs.

This phone was a super reasonable price and it does everything my old, more expensive, phone did.

I was planning to get the pixel 7 but for the price 6a is so much more practical.

The overall experience is great: fast, responsive, and sleek design even the back is plastic. I came from Android 9 so it did take some time for me to get used to the gestures. Be advised: you don't have to activate SIM through Best Buy if you are setting up eSIM. If you do so, the eSIM will stop working and you gotta set up again...(like I did

There are many problems and I would not recommend this phone. The Pixel line has gone downhill fast and there are no reasons to buy these when there are much better phones available at comparable prices. The GPS is inaccurate and often takes 3-4 minutes to find me when I start driving, making any map app essentially useless until the GPS catches up to where I am. There are significant connectivity issues with Android Auto and my Subaru Outback. Android Auto will not connect to my car, making any map, music, or message functionality through AA unusable. I've troubleshot with Subaru and they even replaced my entire radio, which did not fix the issue. Apparently Google is aware of this and have acknowledged it, but they have no idea how to fix it. Lately I've been getting a black screen where the phone essentially turns into a brick. The screen goes black and no buttons work to turn the screen back on. Once I hold the power button for 30 seconds, that seems to reset the phone and it restarts. That's the only fix I can find. I'm switching to a Samsung, this is not worth the hassle at all and I would not recomment.

Great phone. Does what I need. No problems. Will buy another Pixel in the future.
