I've been a Samsung user for years. It was a little hard getting used to the new Pixel Pro 7 with all the extras that Samsung didn't have but I have to admit, I'm liking it more every day!

Once it was explained to me that the pixel phone is Google's answer to the iPhone. I knew that it was the perfect phone after having every Samsung from the flip to the fold to the Samsung Mega and every Droid that paved the way. This phone is ideal for someone who does not want an iPhone but prefers the Android system.

the phone is very nice. However, I really dislike having to complete survey's for products or customer service. Quality products get purchased and never returned and consumers won't buy products that are not quality. Besides they should be quality at the costs they are!

The phone is ok. I do like it. BUT, the service at Bet Buy is AWFUL !!!! This was actually a week process to supposedly pick up same day at store. It is impossible to call local store. This phone is for a medical app I have to have. A week???????? AWFUL. Nomore Best Buy for me or my family. Roger

Traded in my wife's S10 for Pixel 7. Transfer and account set up went so poorly that we could neither activate the new phone nor re-activate the old phone. We walked out with an inoperative phone and had to wait until the next day before someone knowledgeable could help. We ended up having to get a S23 because the store didn't have any more pixels available. The whole experience took about 4.5 hours of our time. We have made multiple purchaes at this Best Buy store for probably 15 years--this was the most frustrating experience. All other interactions with the store have been very positive.

My husband got this phone to replace a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. This phone is way better than the Samsung. The Samsung S21 was worthless and made him decide to try other phones and brands. So far so good. Good camera, features and st a great price!

AFTER COMPARING OTHER SMARTPHONES I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS ONE!

Constantly turning off while not in use, frezzing when simply chekcing on phine from lockscreen.
