    Defective and warranty not honored

I had this phone for 4 months and it worked fine, until condensation started to build up in the rear camera making it useless. The rest of the phone works completely fine, somehow the seal in the rear camera let in moisture after being in humid air and then air conditioning. Best Buy's online chat said it was under warranty, they made me an appointment at the closest store (45 minutes away). When I got there they wouldn't honor the warranty or help in anyway and told me to work with Google directly, who is difficult to get an answer from because I didn't buy it directly from them. The phone is defective. I will never buy another phone from Best Buy. On a side note, I had a Pixel 6 for 3+ years with no problems. There must be something wrong with the way the larger external camera is mounted to the rear of the camera that lets in moisture. My son and wife have the Pixel 9a, I'd recomend that and buy directly from Google.

    Trade-in Value Issue

I've been cheated for the trade in value. When I was selecting trade-in device iPhone 13, it was showing 300$ value but at the time of payment it reduced to 150$. Then I called BuestBuy customer care before making payment. As per the confirmation by BestBuy team member that this is technical glitch it shows 150$ but you will get 300$ so you can order. Then I order as per surety given by her and she added notes for 300$. I got 150$ only for trade-in not 300$, so I called customer care and asked to refund remaining but they did not responded properly then I escalate this issue with ticket # 358579054. Now please refund me what I've been told while ordering on 5/18. Because as per surety that I'll get 300$ I traded my brand new iPhone 13 other wise I would never trade-in for that cost. Please check the screenshot what I saw for trade-in and refund remaining amount.

After opening the box, I put it in the protective case that I bought directly from Google. It fit very snuggly. I then removed the case so I could get ready to put the sim card in and the camera compartment came right off with the case. I don't know if the phone was defective, or Google's case was defective, or if the first owner tampered with it and Best Buy missed that in their condition assessment, but either way I'm pretty upset.

The Google Pixel 9 Pro builds upon the success of its predecessors with an impressive balance of cutting-edge software, refined hardware, and thoughtful enhancements. With a sleek, modern design and Google’s signature focus on AI-driven experiences, this phone raises the bar for Android users seeking top-tier performance. Design and Display The Pixel 9 Pro sports a refined aesthetic with a slimmer profile and a matte-finish aluminum frame, offering a comfortable grip and premium feel. The 6.7-inch LTPO OLED display is stunning, providing vibrant colors, deep blacks, and a silky-smooth 120Hz refresh rate that adapts dynamically to content. This combination makes for an outstanding experience whether gaming, streaming, or simply browsing. Performance and Software Powered by Google’s latest Tensor G3 chip, the Pixel 9 Pro delivers impressive speed and responsiveness. Paired with a generous 12GB of RAM, multitasking feels effortless, and even demanding applications run without a hitch. As expected, the device runs on a clean, streamlined version of Android 14, with exclusive features like new AI-driven assistant capabilities, real-time language translation improvements, and privacy updates. Google’s Pixel software experience remains unmatched in its intuitiveness and fluidity. Camera System The Pixel line’s photography capabilities have always been a strong point, and the 9 Pro takes things further. Its upgraded triple-camera system offers a 50MP main sensor, 48MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, and an ultra-wide camera that captures stunning detail and color accuracy. New computational photography features enhance low-light performance, portrait shots, and even introduce a motion mode that competes with high-end DSLR capabilities. Battery Life and Charging The Pixel 9 Pro features a 5,000mAh battery, providing a full day’s charge with heavy use and extending further with moderate activity. The battery optimization in Android 14 ensures maximum efficiency, while support for fast wired and wireless charging keeps you powered up quickly. Connectivity and Features The Pixel 9 Pro supports ultra-fast 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.3, making it future-proof for high-speed data needs. The in-display fingerprint sensor is faster and more accurate than previous iterations. Additionally, Google has included advanced haptic feedback, stereo speakers with enhanced clarity, and robust water and dust resistance. Verdict Overall, the Google Pixel 9 Pro is a powerhouse in Android flagships, blending AI-driven software smarts with top-notch hardware. While it may not match certain competitors in pure benchmark numbers, its seamless user experience, impressive camera system, and thoughtful AI integrations make it a unique and highly appealing choice. For those invested in the Google ecosystem or looking for a phone that excels in everyday use and photography, the Pixel 9 Pro is a worthy investment. This review offers a balanced take, focusing on both strengths and key features, while addressing the reasons to consider it against other flagship options. I’ve been using the Google Pixel 9 Pro for two weeks, and the experience has been outstanding. The display is bright and sharp, perfect for watching videos or working in any lighting. Performance is incredibly smooth—apps open instantly, and I haven’t experienced any overheating. The camera is amazing, with natural colors, excellent detail, and an impressive night mode. The battery easily lasts a full day, and charging is quick. The design feels premium and looks elegant in hand. So far, I’m 100% satisfied with my purchase.

There are a lot of reviews out there about the Pixel 9 Pro so I’ll keep it short saying that this is a great device. This is my current phone and I really enjoy it, best Android device for ‘24 in the reasonably compact Premium segment in my opinion. I like the better fingerprint sensor, the better performance, and especially the camera, compared to more budget options. For me it’s worth the Premium price tag. The battery life is fantastic, I could get almost 2 full days out of it but that’s pushing it too close. It’s great for taking pictures on vacation, and I take a lot of pictures, and not having to worry about running out of juice. With the latest software update I have it capped at 80% charging to save the battery but I’ll take the full hundo when travelling. I’m not going to compare this against an actual camera but for shooting on the go and capturing little spontaneous things this camera is awesome. When I’m out with people and someone wants a group picture many times people make it a point to use my phone, when fellow phone nerds who know what’s up are around. I haven’t had issues with reception, since this is a phone after all. If you’re in need of a great camera phone, this should be at the top of your list.

I bought it November of 2024 and it was great up until 2 weeks ago when a pink line showed up on the screen. I've always had a screen on it and taken care of it. I've had 2 prior pixels (4 and 7) and never had this happen before. Turns out other people have also experienced this. Luckily, Google's warranty should cover this but it's a bit of a let down that it happened to begin with. Everything else has been great, battery is great, the build quality is pretty good, everything feels snappy, not to mention the camera is top notch. If you get a good deal on it, go for it.

I’ve been using the Pixel 9 Pro for a few weeks now, and I can confidently say this is one of the best phones I’ve ever owned. The performance is super smooth, the screen is vibrant and sharp, and the battery life easily lasts me through the day—even with heavy use. The camera system is absolutely top-tier. Photos come out incredibly detailed and balanced, even in low light. The AI-powered features like Magic Eraser and Call Assist are actually useful, not just gimmicks. Build quality feels premium and solid in the hand. Plus, the clean Pixel UI and quick updates from Google make the experience even better. Overall, this phone does everything I need and more. If you're looking for a powerful Android with a clean experience and top-notch camera, the Pixel 9 Pro is a fantastic choice.

Oh! What can I say! An incredible phone within my budget. First, the app offers smoothness in use and faster processing. I can do split-screening on this big screen. Reading and translating simultaneously. Second, the camera, incredible captures, giving real-life colors and texture to the photos. Lastly, the slick style is one of a kind. Oh, I forgot, faster charging when you have to run for office.

There is nothing negative to say about this phone. I switched from being a die-hard iPhone user, but got tired of how unintuitive and not user-friendly iOS has been becoming for so long. I'm happy to say that the Pixel does not suffer from the same deficiencies. No matter what task I'm trying to complete on the phone, I find that the software was designed thoughtfully and goes above and beyond what I expect it to be able to do. No more headaches or scratching my head wondering, "Why'd they put that there or leave this obvious feature out?" Thank you, Google. Aside from that, it has a clean design, good cameras, and it's fast. What more could you want? As a software developer, it's nice to see that there are others who deeply consider user experience first and foremost. I won't be going back to iPhone anytime soon.

The Pixel 9 Pro is everything you'd expect from Google’s flagship line—and then some. From the moment I powered it on, I was impressed by how blazing fast app loading is across the board. Whether I'm multitasking between productivity apps or firing up games, the performance is smooth and instant. The screen is simply stunning. Crisp, vibrant, and silky with every scroll, it makes everything from reading to streaming a premium experience. Google's continued refinement of OLED technology really shows here. Now, let’s talk about the camera and video—easily one of the highlights. The photos are sharp, true-to-life, and rich with detail, whether in bright daylight or dim evening light. And the ability to shoot up to 8K video? That’s a jaw-dropper. It’s a powerhouse for content creators or anyone wanting cinema-quality capture from their phone. Transitioning from my Pixel 6 was a breeze. Google’s setup and transfer process continues to be incredibly intuitive and seamless. Within minutes, I was up and running with everything exactly where I left it. The design is sleek and premium, with high-end materials and an elegant finish—but be warned: this is a slippery device. It looks beautiful, but it will slide off any surface without hesitation. Do yourself a favor and get a case immediately to protect your investment. In short, the Pixel 9 Pro delivers where it counts—performance, design, and cutting-edge camera tech—making it one of the best Android phones out there right now.

I really like Pixels. Since I moved from Apple to Android, some of the phones like Samsung weren't much of an upgrade and had their own problems. Not a single issue with Pixels. The experience for Pixels is easy and you have so much you have access to compared to Apples. A lot of people care about the camera quality and with the digital and AI features there is so much to love about it. I have taken my Pixel 9 Pro to national parks and have some of the best pictures I have ever taken there. I recommend this for anyone. I have the 256gb and it gives me a lot more space than standard 128gb
