Dear Best Buy Team, I typically don’t have high expectations when it comes to well-known retailers, but my recent experience with Best Buy truly exceeded them. I was able to get a new Pixel 9 Pro XL for essentially free, thanks to an incredible trade-in deal. I had planned to sell my old device for $450, but instead, I received a total of $1,010 in trade-in value. On top of that, I was given a $200 e-gift card, which I used to furnish my newborn son’s room. Overall, if you're always upgrading, I recommend this phone. I usually stick with Samsung, but I love how refreshing it is to be daily driving a Pixel. It's snappy, quick, long-lasting, bright, vivid, and a great user experience. Cons, fast charging could be way better, however, if you have a charger in your car or near your desk, I guarantee that battery life will not be a major problem. As a new parent, capturing memories of my son and our little family is incredibly important to me, but like many families, money can be tight. Best Buy made it possible for me to get a new phone without straining our budget, and for that, I’m truly grateful. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience felt personal, and I wanted to take a moment to thank Best Buy for making it all possible.

Good phone, was able to trade in an older phone for, very fast, good support, love the pixel. This color is great. System is fast, it is well integrate with google pixel, the ai feature is not that great though.

The Pixel 9 Pro XL basically meets expectations. The screen and picture quality are good, and the cameras as always with the Pixels are a main selling point. On the other hand, the phone is not great with battery (unlike what I'd often read), and I'm not particularly wowed by the AI capabilities. That may change with more time, but as of now I'm giving it a mostly good, not great review.

Love this phone so much, came with a nice charger too. And the camera is so good. The price on best buy was cheaper than the Google site

coming from the Google pixel 7 Pro, I decided to go and look at the Best Buy deal on getting the new pixel 9 Pro XL. When I first got the phone I was very excited to test out the capabilities especially with the battery. see how long the battery starts lasting over periods of time and the battery performance has been one my best features from this device. The camera is amazing, phone does not heat up as much, screen is beautiful.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with the Pixel 9 Pro XL. The camera does a great job with portraits and low light shots. Plus, the video quality isawesome. the battery life seems to hold up well throughout the day. The display on the Pixel 9 Pro is really bright and vibrant, which makes everything look fantastic. Some downsides is the phone is a bit slippery in the hands, so maybe think about getting a case. Also wished the phone had a telephoto lens that zoomed in a bit further. Other than that I have no complaints about this phone I love it.

I have tried Samsung and Apple before so I want to try Google Pixel because my sister said it’s way better than any other brand. My sister has been using Google Pixel since it came out. I’m glad I’ve tried it because physically the color is so beautiful and the design is so fancy and amazing. You will never regret about how wonderful the camera is. Compared to apple brand, the camera was fantastic. Photos are super vivid and it captures the moments perfectly. Overall, it is a BIG YES to me!! I will recommend it to my friends.
