I love the tablet because of the price, the screen size, and it's a good product! If Google decides to make more tablets or Chromebooks at an affordable price point, I would buy more Google products.

Tablet does a good job when used with a keyboard. As a stand-alone not so much

Good 2 in 1 tablet laptop, with keyboard Perfect size to use as tablet, as well as a laptop. Long battery life.

Extremely fast, will be great for daily activities, emailing, and games online; be aware of the storage capacity because of you need to save heavy files, records, videos on the hard drive it will get full very quick. Otherwise the computer is excellent, thin, very stylish and easy to carry.

not usually a fan of chrome books but this works great as a simple tablet

The hardware exudes quality, but the Chrome OS software leaves a lot to be desired. It works well with the keyboard and mouse, but the touchscreen is way too finicky and sensitive. If you're coming from an iPad then prepare to be underwhelmed. I use this mainly for the Linux terminal and to test out Linux software.

I'm a grad student, so I'm often working in many different environments. I love my pixel slate for its ability to adapt to whatever circumstance I find myself in. For taking notes, I just it in tablet mode with the pen, for reading articles and books, I use it in horizontal tablet mode. For everything else I use it in laptop mode. The ability to run all of my Linux, android, and Chrome apps really helps my work flow just work.

Quick, efficient, sharp display, and lightweight. I use for everyday browsing, nothing super technical. So I don't need a bunch of bells and whistles.

If you are looking for an easy to use tablet, this is most likely the device. Log in with your google account, open chrome, use the web apps. You also have the ability for android apps and linux though they are not as optimized as one would hope.

Needed a smooth running computer for class and was surprised at the discounted notice for the quality. Seems like the bugs are patched runs great.

I like the combination kickstand and keyboard so I can use it as a laptop. Also I like that it is a 12" tablet instead of the standard 10" tablet.

Got this during thanksgiving. It was on sale around $450 and that’s a steal. The build quality is top class and great as both tablet and laptop.

I love this product! As an avid Google enthusiast, the product is outstanding. The hardware is second to none to other tablet's on the market today. It is a very sturdy product that has a simple elegance. The android apps do not work that great on such a large screen, but that is my only complaint. This was a great guy!

Intergrates seamlessly with my Google accounts and has a much better battery life than any previous laptop or tablet I have owned in the past.

I was able to get a Slate for a great deal. Exceptional value, as long as you understand what you get with Chrome OS. Superb build quality.

This tablet is not worth Google's asking price. I think it's a reasonable buy if you get it for under $500.

Its great for the price but it has a major problem where the screen freezes while on chrome. It happens a lot but not enough to annoy me as I just use it for entertainment purposes. I just close the browser and open a new one. It came with a free keyboard so can't complain.

It does everything I need and then some. I have no clue why some reviews were not excellent. This tablet is awesome so fast and easy to use!
