Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the Pixel Tablet's sound quality, battery life, ease of use, and the convenient charging dock. Many appreciate the tablet's screen size and design, although some find the price point high for the features offered. A common criticism centers around the 60Hz refresh rate, and some users express concerns about storage limitations and the responsiveness of the Google Assistant. Overall, the positive feedback on key features like audio and battery life outweighs the negative comments regarding price and refresh rate.

I have been using this tablet for a little bit. It serves my purpose enough. I find it really convenient to be able to control all my google home devises on this. The speaker on it works really well. I also have used this for work to go on site visits and runs the program well. The pictures also come out pretty great too.

I missed the old google tablet 7" (Nexus 7) from back in the day so this is a nice return to form. Affordavle, flexible, and decent performance for the price. The speaker dock is interesting, would be nice to be able to get them for a bit cheaper since it might be nice to have on in the office and one by the bed.

This is hands down the best Android Tablet I have ever had. I am even willing to go as far to say it is better than any iPad. The battery life is absolutely amazing on it. Smooth transitions between apps. Plus, all "phone only" applications do not have that empty black space.

This has to be the best tablet i've either had. First the Dock which acts like a nest hub has a great speaker. Second since this tablet has two left speakers and two right speakers and stays loud and clear. unlike ipads this is smoother and is a lot cheaper for the technical specs. and i also love the software

This thing is simply amazing. The screen resolution, the quality of the materials they used to make it. The memory chip is enough for today and into the future. The speaker and the tablet are amazing. Good sound and it picks up any instruction quick. You can not go wrong with this.

Great little tablet for watching videos, I love the docking feature to get some better sound while I'm at my desk. The added bonus of functioning as a google home is great too.

An all around wonderful tablet, especially if you're a fan of Google products. Lightweight, fast, and responsive. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that it does NOT act as a Nest cam when docked which I find insane, particularly when being touted as the replacement for the Nest Hub Max.

Battery life is really good, far better than what other reviews made it seem. Its a great, multifunctional piece of hardware that is far more innovative than anything Apple has put out in years. It is far more worthy of this price tag than any iPad.

This is what i was hoping for years ago when i bought the nest hub max. Everything great about Android and you can take it off the dock. I love make Group calls with Google meet instead of having the nest hub send me a link to send to people!

Just as cable as my other tablets. UI is a little clunky, and a little less intuitive than my Samsung. But this does everything that my old Samsung does so no complaints on my end. The dock is great! Not as functional as I would like, but useful nonetheless.

I really like this tablet. I've been using an iPad for years for business. This is better for entertainment purposes as the screen has a beautiful picture. However, if you need something to take really good photos, this is probably not your best choice.

I'm loving my pixel tablet so far. I wasn't sure if I would utilize the dock much but I've found I use it quite a bit while sitting at my desk. I have a pixel phone so I really enjoy the continuity going from phone to tablet and back. Very happy with my purchase!

If you are vested in Google and the Android ecosystem, this is a great option for middle sized screens. And has some features and accessories included that you usually don’t see. Pleasantly surprised.

The Google Pixel tablet is an absolute. Fantastic addition to my home. It is a tablet, a nest hub, and a doorbell camera. All-in-one. I'm exceptionally in love with this product. The speakers are not fantastic, but they are absolutely adequate for a bedroom.

Decent midrange tablet with some nice google home integrations. Dissapointed about the speaker not having an integrated MCU to function in the speaker group when tablet is undocked, but at least you can add the docked tablet to speaker groups. Sound on the tablet while docked is pretty below expectation as well. Was expecting sound quality on par with Nest Audio given that the dock by itself is $30 more than a Nest Audio and doesn't even have an integrated MCU or any functionality without the tablet. I don't think my expectations were unrealistic, but Google definitely under delivered on this one. The hope was to essentially have a Nest Hub Max that could double up as a tablet when needed and function as a smart speaker in a home group at the same time. What I got was a mid range tablet that lives on a dock and is rarely used that has significantly worse sound quality than lower priced Hub and Audio devices from google. Would rather just grab one of the now heavily discounted Nest Hub Max devices in hind sight. If you want a tablet first and everything else barely considered than you'll be happy with it. It's ok, and bundled with the speaker dock it's not a bad deal. It's just meh, but there is no excuse for a $130 speaker dock to have no functionality without the tablet and have sound quality barely at the level of average laptops with just a hint of better clarity in the low ends. If the sound was meh, but there was quality software integrations and the dock could be used independently of the tablet as a smart speaker it would be awesome. If there weren't any features or bells on the dock, but it provided excellent room filling audio on par or better than a Nest Audio it would be awesome. Unfortunately, it falls very short on both fronts and ends up being just ok.

Works great! Amazing sound quality from the speaker and very vivid resolution! However landscape mode does take up the whole screen on a lot of apps, Facebook being one of them. Very easy to use.
