This is an awesome phone for anyone who love Google. The assistant is useful and not annoying like the S voice or Siri.

Excellent phone. Very fast and smooth. Do not use the phone for a lot of advanced things, and it exceeds my expectations.

Pixel XL - best Android phone I have seen

The Google Pixel XL 32 gigabyte (Verizon) is the best Android mobile phone I have used. The initial setup was done by the Best Buy on Michigan Ave. in Chicago. The whole transaction was flawless. The VERIZON cellular, WiFiac, NFC and Bluetooth connections have all functioned easily and flawlessly. The size, weight and battery life are great considering the large brilliant 5.5" Quad HD Super AMOLED display and very fast processor. The back surface touch ID sensor has functioned perfectly. The main camera is considerably better than any Android camera I have used – sharp, fast and accurate focus, 4K video and image stabilization. The overall design is very nice and ergonomically comfortable. The quality of construction is in keeping with the price range and is superb – it looks and feels expensive. The phone at 32 gigabytes is network centric. The phone comes with NO bloatware so you have more usable memory for apps and data! – very nice! Google will store all of your photos in the cloud at full resolution, for free and the Pixel XL will automatically delete older photos on the phone if memory is getting low. The Google Assistant (exclusive to the Pixel at this time) is a more conversational interface than the normal Google voice interface. The Pixel comes with Android 7.1 and should be the first phone series to get updates. If you are constrained in your internet connectivity you should consider the 128 gigabyte version. The only weak spot in my opinion is the low dust and water rating (IP53). I would expect real water and dust protection at this price point.

Google First phone is a great, there are very few flaws on the phone and most of them have more to do with android software as a whole than anything in particular about the phone. The biggest problem the phone has is the small storage space on the phone. I recommend to anyone interested in the phone to get the 128gb version. I am not saying the 32gb is unusable but if you like to have a lot of media on your phone like videos or music you will run out of space very quickly. Photos are not that big of a deal because google lets you upload and backup at full resolution an unlimited amount of photos and videos. My only other issue with phone is the design of it. While the phone feels great to hold the actual look is rather uninspiring, most people that saw me with thought at fist it was an Iphone 6 plus. it wasn't until they saw the rear with the fingerprint scanner and partial glass backing could they tell the difference. Now on to the good, The performance of the phone is great everything is smooth and sleek and runs well. In my time with the phone so far i have not had any stuttering or freezing with any apps. The Camera on the phone is phenomenal, I have been blown away by the photos i have been able to take. The quickness that the camera app loads and can take photos is great. Google's first phone is great and it makes me excited to see what they will do in a couple of years.
