I recommend this Pixelbook if you are looking for a premium 2-in-1 experience that runs Chrome OS or if you almost exclusively use Google Apps (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Photos and more. You can also download your favorites from YouTube Red and Google Play Movies to enjoy even without Wi-Fi) at work or school. If you are used to Windows/Apple OS, I think the transition to Chrome OS can be tough. If you want to just browse the internet, email, videochat, watch videos, etc. and/or if you are looking for a product for your child, I would look at cheaper Chromebook options. If you are unsure if a Chrome OS is for you, I encourage you to do your research and play with it in store to see if it is right for you. Pros: -Stunning design and build quality -Razor thin and super light (2 pounds) -Premium specs (includes headphone jack, 2 USB-C ports, backlit keyboard) -10 hour battery life -If you have a Pixel or another Android phone, you can use it to unlock your Pixelbook and/or tether to Pixelbook automatically -Keys on keyboard are large -Google Assistant built in, feature is really nice -4-in-1 Design - laptop, tablet, tent and entertainment modes. Cons: -Stylus pen sold separately (takes AAAA batteries) -No stylus pen magnet/holder/clip -Thick bezels, so screen isn't truly edge-to-edge (but gives you place to put your fingers in tablet mode!) -Chrome OS can be difficult to adjust to if you are a Windows user, Chrome OS is not the same as the Android OS you see on Android smartphones so apps may not be 100% compatible -No SD card slot -No split screen app support in tablet mode (as seen in other tablets) -Camera/webcam quality is ok, could be more clear

This is a great little Chromebook, fast, lightweight, and quick startup.

The pixelbook is surprisingly powerful, and the screen is very good.

I was skeptical at purchasing a Chromebook because they tend not to have the same features as a regular PC or Mac, however I was pleasantly surprised at the power and flexibility with what this computer offers. If anyone is looking for something easy to work with and solely uses google docs and so forth, consider giving this a look.

The device is easy to use and looks great. Battery life is good.

I initially dismissed Chromebooks because they were cheap computers you get your grandmother. Now that Android and Linux apps work, I decoded to revisit. I own a Surface Pro, but found that it sits around while I do everything on my Note 8. The Chromebook is the hybrid of the two. I get the form factor of a laptop without all the issues Windows brings.

I was skeptical at first but the Pixelbook is truly a great alternative to a traditional laptop. Plus being able to run Linux is a huge plus. My only issues are not having access to a full Microsoft Office suite which I need for work. The mobile apps are ok but not great.

I really did enjoy the pixel book, however for what I desire a Chromebook for it was to expensive
