I think that it only needs some windows easy-to-use emulator for some work-apps, but for the daily use it's perfect.

I have always looked at Chromebooks with some skepticism as far as actual quality laptop alternatives but I started to change my mind with my recent purchase of a Lenovo Chromebook. Solid build quality, quiet operation and super fast. That leads us to this beautiful machine known as Pixelbook. Upon taking the Pixelbook out of it's box, you can instantly feel the gorgeous aluminum design all over. Build quality is superb and a premium feel is also apparent. The keyboard is extremely comfortable and it's the best notebook keyboard I have ever typed on. The touchpad is built out of glass and is very responsive. It takes some getting used to clicking utilizing two fingers. The speaker quality is decent but I was hoping for far better considering the price point. Pixelbook contains no vents nor fans so it is super quiet during operation and heat issues are non existent. Performance wise this machine is a monster with its 7th Gen Core i5, 8GB RAM and 128GB SSD storage. It is not designed for gaming and nobody should expect the Pixelbook to run any powerful production suites but so far I am able to play some very nice games from the web store and I am able to accomplish my work tasks utilizing Outlook and Google Docs. It runs on Chrome OS which limits it to the applications provided by the Android ecosystem but I am confident the variety and number of app offerings will increase over time. Google Assistant is built in with the simple push of a button and really works well. Overall it is a beautiful looking machine that has a super premium feel and is incredibly fast. It comes down to adapting to Chrome OS for people who are more acclimated to Windows or Mac for instance and whether you value a Chrome OS ultrabook at these prices. I personally am able to accomplish all my work utilizing the available downloaded apps via the web store and also use Google Docs quite a bit. The price point is definitely up there, however this has got to be best Chromebook in the market by miles and miles.

I mainly use this in tablet mode and with recent updates it has gotten really good!
