    My name is David Vaizer, from chile, fan of google, love google. BUT, the support process to applied warranty to the pixelbook line of hardware is not working properly. In fact, works really bad in timing and as a customer is frustrating. I am in this process more than a month to try to change my pixelbook go with a keyboard problem, I used this Chromebook not more that 3 months and starts with problems with the keyboard. The phone support works properly, very high priority responses. But nothing concrete and delays in every step of the process. This waiting time is absurd and really I lost my patience. I really appreciated that you take some time to review this comment, GOOGLE please check the timings, procees support and take action to improve this problems. David
